The Ixian Grand & All Suites

Zoe and Matilda were fantastic, professional, and exceeded our expectations of the treatments we were booked in for. Both myself and my husband left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed to the fullest. If anyone stays at The Ixian Grand hotel and is not sure or is a first time spa user, they will guide you every step of the way ensuring that you are comfortable and relaxed. If we visit again we will definitely be booking another treatment!!

3 is a low 3. Room was lovely with an amazing view of the pool and beach with makes up most of the 3 stars. Food- same thing every night and barely any choice. Have stayed in 3 star hotels up to 5 and this was no way a 5. It was all edible but repetitive and boring. Drinks- all premixed cocktails with barely any alcohol. All the bottles at the bar show smirnoff but I am pretty sure they weren't or watered down as you couldn't taste it at all. Beer was the same- wouldn't be surprised if 0%. Entertainment- non existent during the day and just 2100 till 2230 each night inside. Outside the hotel is pretty squaler and rough looking. Not alot to do there at all. We ended up in Rhodes old town most days to get away. I love a holiday but this is not at all what was expected and I dont have particularly high standards but if it says 5 star I would expect it. Silly things like woman's toilets near the pool had no seats so you had to squat over it. Pitch black toilets from the bar so you couldn't do your makeup. Dirty glasses from the night before all around the pool area. Silly things but all add up. I would go back to Rhodes but stay at a nice b&b next time. An awful shame as we were so looking forward to it but didnt live up to expectations.

My frost time travelling solo, i was very nervous to get a massage but Maria made me feel very comfortable and I’ve came out had as ever! Thank you so much for my massage and treatment my skin feels amazing! 💗

At the spa, the facial I had with Maria was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Fabulous treatments with Maria and have a second treatment already booked for next week. Totally tranquil setting and wonderful atmosphere. 10 out of 10. Hubby had creatine massage and also as second treatment booked for next week too. Your all amazing and would high recommend.xxx
