The spa was brilliant - I would really recommend. Maria in particular absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and tailored the massage to me. The entire experience was very calming, and exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish. The hotel is noticeably outdated and in need of major refurbishment. The rooms, facilities, and overall appearance do not reflect the standard that guests would expect from a luxury resort. In my opinion, this property does not qualify as a 5-star hotel at all. The quality and condition of the hotel fall far short of what a genuine 5-star experience should offer. The food was extremely disappointing. There was limited variety, with a large proportion of the menu focused on pork dishes, leaving few appealing alternatives for guests with different dietary preferences. The quality was poor, the meals lacked flavour, and dining became something to endure rather than enjoy. Even simple items such as coffee were substandard. A basic latte arrived almost entirely filled with foam, with very little actual coffee. This may seem minor, but it reflects the lack of attention to quality and detail throughout the resort. Overall, the all-inclusive experience was far below expectations. Between the outdated facilities, poor food quality, limited dining choices, and generally low standards, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this hotel and do not believe it deserves its advertised 5-star rating. Photos to follow...

The hotel itself was out of this world not a fault at all with anything. Service was on point extremely friendly staff who couldn’t help you enough. Food was amazing there was all kinds to choose from and the menu was different every single night. Plenty of drinks to choose from also. The room was perfect, cleaned every day fresh bed and towels. Very spacious as well so you wasn’t crammed trying to dodge round each other. It was just amazing over all in every aspect definitely worth the price. Very quiet area but it’s perfect on the beach front and not a far walk to local shops / bars if you fancy an adventure out. It’s 15 minutes from the airport in a taxi. Rhodes old town is also a 15 minute taxi ride away which is definitely a must why you are here. The over all atmosphere here was amazing from start to finish, entertainment every night was something different also. Nothing was ever repeated only a class which they did daily apart from Sundays.

The staff are amazing, friendly welcoming and helpful. They are definitely 5 star. Food was tasty, a nice variety. Pool and beach fabulous with comfy sunbeds. Toilets for the beach and pool not so good. Dated and door not locking. Toilets down spiral stair case are in real need of updating doors warped and dark. Our room 380, basic not updated or like the photos. Bathroom, small shower screen ment floor is always wet. Wood is starting to warp. All mirrors In room very dark and old. If you have the air con on then you clothes in the wardrobe will end up damp by the end of the week, do not use. On check out be aware that the luggage room is nowhere near the showers you will need to use if a later flight and steps down to shower, so no taking your case with you. Bad layout. Let me just say again how amazing the staff are and the beach front location. These two tings made our holiday.
