Excellent therapist and overall a great experience.

We travelled as a family of three – two adults and our five-year-old child. Food: The buffet restaurant was outstanding. I never thought I’d say that about a buffet, but the food was genuinely excellent. While it isn’t the biggest buffet we’ve experienced, the selection is well thought out, and the quality is superb. À la carte restaurant: In my opinion, this could do with some improvement. A fixed selection of starters and desserts is automatically served, with only a handful of choices for the main course. It didn’t feel particularly exciting or special. The drinks are also exactly the same as those available in the buffet restaurant, so there isn’t much to distinguish the experience. Service is incredibly rushed, we were in and out of both restaurants within 50 minutes. Bars: The lobby bar and the swim-up pool bar were both excellent. The main bar by the pool, however, could use some attention. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, but there was very little consistency with the cocktails. Drinks seemed to be made differently depending on who was serving, often with bottles selected at random. If the hotel were to focus on improving one area, this would be my recommendation. One unusual aspect of the hotel is the evening entertainment. The stage is located down at the buffet restaurant, so unless you’re dining at the time, it’s very difficult to find a seat. You often have to wait until much later in the evening, once people have finished eating, before you can sit down and enjoy the entertainment. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families. The excellent food, friendly staff, and family-friendly atmosphere make it a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

Very nice hotel, good sunbeds, good staff. The green & grill was a excellent resturant. Vera was our servant and provided a lovely experience. She was lovely with the kids. A must use experience at the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was simply perfect from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and their attention to detail made our stay truly special. A special thank you to Serena for the most incredible massage I have ever experienced. It was beyond all expectations—professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. Serena is truly gifted, and her treatment was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Loved everything about the hotel. Had two premium rooms by the bubbles bar / pool. One was a swim up and they were both amazing. Staff were all lovely, restaurants and food all great. Had an amazing floating breakfast at an extra cost - was worth every penny. No complaints and can’t wait to come back. Thank you 🤩
