TUI BLUE Atlantica Aegean Park

I cannot praise the team at TUI BLUE Atlantica Aegean Park enough. We experienced a major financial system issue through Booking.com that threatened our entire trip, but the hotel staff stepped in and went completely above and beyond to rescue our booking manually.Their customer service, compassion, and willingness to help us solve this problem before our arrival has been absolutely outstanding. It is incredibly rare to find a resort team that shows this level of genuine care and dedication to their guests.We are flying out this afternoon and landing late tonight, and we are so incredibly grateful to the management and reception team for everything they have done to protect our holiday. We booked a garden facing bungalow and our first room looked out on the pool and was the middle room of a block on the first floor. We asked for a move and staff were great but still faced the pool but on a corner and ground floor. So the hotel itself was lovely and the TUI and hotel staff were friendly and always helpful. Food was ok and always plentiful. The pool was great. This is a family hotel with lots of children activities and a great activity timetable All in all a positive experience and a shout out to Mila from the reps team and Chris from activities.

This hotel is an absolute gem for families with young children. I would also recommend this hotel for anyone with allergies. Firstly the accommodation is spot on, we had a lovely family room, with a lot of space and next to a swim up pool. It was in the premier area and next to the aquapark (which we had lots of fun in). The rooms are clean and are cleaned promptly every day, it was also a quiet area. The hotel is just the right size with enough variety of splash, deeper and swim up pools, it's also go the noise level right. There are no loud activities before 10am and the entertainment finishes by 9:30pm. Perfect if you're not after late night noise (you can go to the neighbour hotel for that!!). For us though the highlight has to be the staff and atmosphere they create. Firstly a shout out to Katerina on reception who remembered my name and our family and was always smiling. It makes such a difference. In fact all the staff we encountered were SO friendly and lovely, especially with the children. I have to mention the Chefs. My son has a severe nut and shellfish allergy - well we met the executive chef, Konstantinos, the first day and his sous chef, Angelos. They were simply AMAZING. The care to ensure my son could eat different things every day, and showing us around the buffet lunch and dinner time was just so lovely. It really made our holiday. Andonis who managed the buffet area was brilliant also. A true team. We all had such a lovely time in an amazing spot. If I could change one thing.....that the beach was sandy :). Not in the hotel's control though!

This is our 2nd visit too the green an grill an both times it was an absolutely amazing experience , the food and drinks are brilliant , the attention too the customers is impeccable and I can not thank the staff from the kitchen too too the waiter’s/waitress enough . especially Vera she is an absolute credit too your team an she couldn’t of done anymore for us , such a lovely lady 😊 make sure you definitely give this place a visit

We travelled as a family and had an amazing week at Atlantica Aegean Park. The facilities were excellent, the hotel was very clean, and the overall standard was impressive. Our daughter has a nut allergy, and we were very pleased with how seriously the hotel handled it. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to answer questions about ingredients. It gave us great peace of mind throughout the holiday. The service was outstanding, and we left with many great memories. We would love to visit again.
