This is the honest review you have been searching for: Staff: - The women staff throughout the whole hotel were incredible. I have never come across such sweet, hardworking women who do everything in their power to help you. All the female receptionist, cleaners, kitchen staff, bar staff, and entertainers were genuinely amazing. - The two male entertainment workers however were quite inappropriate in their ways. To be informed someone has a boyfriend and to continuously pester them to come out clubbing wasn’t something i had expected to experience. Although you may assume they do it as it is their job, they also spent the week making inappropriate comments to my sister such as “sexy girl” randomly as well as continuing to make me feel uncomfortable knowing that i have a boyfriend by blowing me kisses and insisting i join them on stage. Hotel tips: - Be aware they expect €15 deposits for towels upon arrival, if you do not have cash there is an ATM directly beside the hotel which you can use to withdraw money, or worse case scenario the 24 hour store in the reception sells towels. - If you have booked a 7+ day long trip, you are provided with a free complimentary set meal at both the restaurants at the hotel, the Greek themed one was amazing!!! - People do in fact line up for the pools, this ruined our first day experience as we arrived at 2pm and all the sun beds were either being used or had towels laid on them, made it extremely difficult to enjoy our first day. - The pools open at 10am and they shut at 6pm every day. - There is only one all inclusive bar that serves alcohol which stops being all inclusive at 11pm. - The amazing reception team can book you taxis to wherever you like, it cost us €11 to go to Faliraki and €28 to go into rhodes. You can use the beach bus to take a trip into Faliraki for free too. - You also have to be willing to pay €15 pp for a sunbed at the section the hotel owns. Food: - The buffet is terrible, please do not come here with the idea of expecting variety as it is very minimal. They do themed nights which are very rarely good, for example it was mexican night and they had filled hard shell tacos with random bits of veg. - The marrakesh style resturant food was okay, the free meal options weren’t great however if you were to go on a normal day and pay the food is top tier, especially the burger and the falafel dish. - The snack bar serves the exact same thing every single day, it can get very boring and unappealing quick. Recommendation: - If you are an adult and have no children use the marrakesh section!!! Although you have to pay for drinks and food there, that is where the true holiday experience came from for us. The staff are amazing with complimentary drinks and regular check in’s, the facilities are beautiful and to top it off, no loud entertainment just amazing music. We spent 6 out of our 7 night stay using the Marrakesh section only.

Overall, we had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things worth mentioning. Pros: * The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. * The food was lovely, and there was always something for everyone to enjoy. * The staff were amazing – they worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and helpful. * There were no sunbed wars, which was a huge bonus. We were always able to find sunbeds without having to get up early to reserve them. * The shop on site was great and stocked everything we needed. * The water slides were fantastic and a real hit with the kids. * We’d definitely recommend taking the bus into Rhodes Town for the day – it’s well worth a visit. * We also did a boat trip to Lindos, which was the highlight of our holiday. Cons: * We stayed in family room 918, and it was much smaller than expected. With two girls aged 11 and 15, there was very little privacy. The toilet was so small that my daughters couldn’t even get changed in there, and having the sink right next to the bed made it even more awkward. * The drinks were disappointing. The mocktails were the nicest option, and I ended up adding my own Malibu to them I also bought a few drinks from the shop. * There isn’t a great deal to do or see in the immediate surrounding area, and the walk uphill is a killer in the heat, taxi back up is €10 * Although the slides were good, the snack and drinks area didn’t seem well equipped for how busy it got. It could definitely benefit from more facilities or staff during peak times. Overall, despite a few negatives, we had a really enjoyable stay thanks to the cleanliness, excellent food, and the fantastic staff. The trips to Rhodes Town and Lindos made the holiday even more memorable.

The bar staff and cleaners and so great respectful and kind haven’t got a bad word to say about them but in terms of the all inclusive/hotel in general is quite poor our room flooded on our 5th night and didn’t get anyone to fix it till the next day some of the people coming from later flights we spoke to were being put in temporary accommodation which i find unfair. the receptionist was quite rude to us at the start.the look of the hotel in nice but if you get the adults only bit you feel disconnected with the hotel as you have to leave it go downhill and cross the road where there is no bar or pool just your rooms so if you wanted to grab a drink you’ll have to go uphill and through the hotel to get them which is a headache

Great hotel staff are all amazing especially maria on the cosmopolitan bar a complete lady and really really pleasent and amazing at her job , rio and the other guy never got his name are also outstanding additions great craic and keep you busy threw out the day with pool basket and darts ect two gentlemen and really know there job , food was good most of time was one night food wasnt to my taste but 1 out of 7 aint bad the only factor i can fault was the rooms the rooms werent greatly cleaned from the day we checked im they were dirty the sheets had stain and alot of hair in bathroom floor from previous guests which was a pitty as everything else was top notch would definitely reccomend and will be back just hope management take the cleaning of rooms on board as its a big let down to the hotel with everything else being top notch and as i said above animation team were amazing and maria well she just made our week sucha wee lady and a true gem to any hotel deserves a promotion if u ask me we stayed from 25th of july to 1st of august 2026 😊 Thanks for a great week venezia
