Venezia Resort

What can we say other than wow. If you are hesitating booking this hotel, just book it. I am sitting in the airport writing this review after our seven night stay at the Venezia Resort Hotel. We are a 24 year old couple and we absolutely LOVED it. We had the most amazing holiday. The food was lovely, I wasn’t as keen on the snack bar, but this was due to personal choice as it was very busy. What I would like to personally shout out is the women who work in the Marrakech during the day. I forgot their names sadly but what absolutely amazing people they are, they were so friendly and deserve every single bit of praise they can get. We mainly stuck around the Marrakech pool as our room was overlooking it, and it was so peaceful and just overall fantastic, they have a smaller pool up the stairs also which was lovely and quiet. The buffet had a great selection of food all throughout the different meal times, I am very picky and found something every time. I have a nut allergy and they were fantastic at telling me what I could have. The room was spacious and the balcony was fantastic. The reception staff was fantastic in assisting us with queries and the on hotel shop was brilliant with essentials. I cannot comment on the entertainment as this is not something we are personally into :) Massive thank you for the great holiday at this hotel, and everyone get booked up!!!

While there was so many good things about this hotel there was also a good few things that let us down. We had booked the jacuzzi terrace room and on 2 occasions the jacuzzi stopped working- although it was sorted by the maintenance man the next day it also left us unable to use it for 2 days. We loved the snack bars and the breakfast but often had to leave the buffet dinner and go out for a meal as the dinner we found was really poor. The Marrakesh part of the hotel is the best bit definitely although it isn’t part of the all inclusive and we had to pay for our drinks but the standard there was much higher than the rest of the hotel. The hotel rooms and hotel itself is really well maintained and clean and there was always entertainment around the main pool area. All staff were very pleasant. We really loved the fact that the shop in reception was 24/7 and was really reasonably priced. The 2 à la carte restaurants although extremely aesthetically pleasing really let us down as they were a set menu with only 2 choices for starter main and dressert so for picky eaters you may get stuck.

Just back from a week here, 3 ladies. We stayed in a bunk bed room. We absolutely loved every moment. Bunk bed rooms are very small. We had to live out of our cases. Bathroom was tiny but we made it work. I think a family of 4 would struggle especially if they had pushchairs etc. but we were hardly in the room so we managed. Apart from that everything was amazing. From the moment we checked in at midnight staff were friendly and welcoming. Maria who does the main bar in the day is lovely and the 2 ladies in the evening started to remember our drinks by the end of the week. A few words on the entertainment team. They are ALL fabulous. Big shout out to Pedro and Rio who are high energy all the time and looked after us all week. We did do some of the activities and they are well run and fun. They also respected if you said no. Honestly they were a big part of our week and kept us entertained. So thank you. Food was good, had something for everyone. Both on site restaurants are fabulous. Greek was my fave and the views were stunning but Marrakesh was also good. We didn’t visit the Marrakesh in the day as there was too much going on at the main pool and we like the vibe there. Foam party in the pool on Friday was fab. Overall great hotel and I would return.

Very nice hotel with beautifil viwew on the beach and mountain, we really happy about entertainment in the hotel, also reception was very helpful and at same the hotel is very very clean, and the staff from bar very nice and work hard, Pedro Rio Marietta Nino , they were absolutly fenomenal they made my holyday We Will be back sure

Me and my partner just spent 7 days here at Venezia and we loved it! It’s so aesthetically pleasing, clean and well maintained. Any issues the reception are so friendly and help is on the way quickly! Room has great aircon. Location is 15/20 min walk from centre. The food was nice and all the facilities were great to use. Would absolutely recommend this hotel! The reps in the hotel are fantastic also! Overall great value. Thank you Venezia x
