Superb holiday!! Amazing staff! Maria at the cosmopolitan bar was so friendly and helpful everyday, great to speak to. The entertainment staff Pedro and Rio were excellent, always something fun to get involved with and catered for everyone, adults and children. Water Games, Darts 🎯 and general engagement was top!! Water slides were great and a good mixture for kids to get involved in. Food was superb! A different cuisine every night and freshly made, all of it amazing, snack bar was brilliant, freshly made and the kids loved it! Reception staff helpful and actioned things quickly and when we needed to change room, did so without issue. We will be back next year!! ❤️

Just got home after a wonderful week at this hotel. The rooms are compact but perfectly comfortable and have everything needed. We were in a standard room. We did speak to the excellent reception staff about an upgrade and they were very helpful and showed us what was available. My personal thanks to Virginia who was an absolute credit to the hotel in terms of her experience and professionalism. Our room cleaner deserves a shout out, she was always so polite and respectful, sadly I don’t get her name. Indeed, all staff were excellent and when above and beyond to make our stay the best. All the dining staff, bar staff, entertainment team, honestly some of the most amazing team. In particular, Maria at the Cosmopolitan bar was brilliant. The food was great in the main dining room. Plenty of choice and fresh food every day at every meal. We didn’t get to the Marrakesh restaurant sadly, though I hear it’s great there. We did use the Marrakesh area during the day which is adult only. It calls itself an oasis and it really is! A trip to the chapel is a must do, I went twice, sunrise and sunset and it was a place of calm and beauty. We were incredibly lucky with weather given the day we flew in, Rhodes saw flash floods. The shuttle bus to Faliraki beach was very helpful. Rhodes Old Town was about an hour away from the hotel with the public bus stop just outside and a mere €2.50 pp each way. That did get busy though. We also booked a trip to Seven Springs and Lindos which I’d say is a must when in Rhodes. We would definitely recommend and I would also stay there again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff.

Holidayed with a group of friends all inclusive….. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone…. Everyone of the Staff Virginia ,Alex ,waitresses ,Barstaff were super friendly….. The Bedroom was so spacious and Clean…. Went to the Marrakesh for Dinner which was amazing….. We were there during a Weather Alert and was advised not to go out …. The staff were so helpful…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a magical resort, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a great holiday. One special person in particular was Maria who works at the pool bar, she was just amazing. Everyday she worked soo hard and it was always service with a smile. Her daughter who works in the reception was amazing, very helpful, any problems she was straight to the rescue. We had a family of 13 and all the staff were a credit to the hotel, I would definitely recommend this resort for anybody visiting Rhodes. I will definitely be back for another visit, 10/10 for the hotel and all the wonderful staff for making our stay very special!

Arrival check in was very simple, easy and clear. The staff at check in was polite and explained everything to us about the entertainment times meals etc. We had paid for all Inclusive, the hotel was clean throughout but certain areas need improvement, the decking around the pool, the ramps etc, the all inclusive menu for drinks was poor - the taste was even worse. Every drink we tried, tasted like water from the main bar area, the food had very little choice and wasn’t warm during the projected meal times, we ate out majority of our stay due to the food and drinks being so bad costing us even more money than we paid, and even had raw chicken on one of the meals we made. The room was not what we paid for or what they advertised on their website, we paid for a deluxe private pool room, which showed us on the images a different room to what we was given, staff was very defensive but did admit that it was a superior room we was given, but it still had a private pool which is what we paid for. The outdoor area of our pool was infested with ants, the walls in the hotel room was cracked, our bathroom was tiny compared to the images we saw online for the room we booked. The house keeping only came twice throughout our stay, once to make the bed and once they cleaned the room properly, the pool was full of cigarettes, dirt and what I can only describe as a cosmetic strip, the shop was hardly stocked or had any options for snacks/drinks. There was no plug sockets near the beds, only 2 in the entire room, that was used for the kettle and the hair dryer. And half the other switches didn’t work for anything. They never restocked the tea/sugar etc throughout our stay regardless of me asking multiple times.
