Venezia Resort

stayed at Venezia for 7 days as a family with a 12-year-old child. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and always helpful whenever needed. The food is varied, and there is something for everyone. The pitta souvlaki at the bar was excellent, and the cakes served daily in the main restaurant were a real highlight. The animation team works very hard to make the stay special. They are friendly, fun, and create a great atmosphere throughout the day. The views are incredible. We would definitely come back again.

We have just returned home from an 8-day stay at the resort, and I must say what a wonderful place it is. Since we were on our honeymoon, everyone was incredibly kind and truly spoiled us. Every member of the staff was friendly, and the entertainment was great. (I even had the chance to be part of it for a little while!) Rio has an amazing personality, Pedro is someone who loves to have a laugh, and Nino and Marietta clearly have a real passion for entertainment. I unfortunately forgot the name of the young lady on the entertainment team, but from what I saw, she was fantastic with the children as well. My compliments to all the staff – from the management team to the housekeeping crew and the restaurant and bar staff. Thank you all so much for helping create such beautiful memories of our honeymoon.

We spent the last 2 weeks of May in this beautiful hotel. The room was clean, the food was plentiful and the pools and facilities were great! Apart from the beauty, the staff really made our experience even better. From the reception team, Alexandros, Olga, Ervin and the whole team were friendly, kind and always helpful. We chatted to them most days and their advice and tips for the island were brilliant! The bar ladies, especially the evening ladies whose names both ended with Marie, were always smiling and friendly. The snack bar team were always smiling and kind. The waiters, the restaurant manager George and the chef George were fantastic! My mom is gluten free and every day George would come out and let her know what she could eat and even source things for her, from muffins, jelly, special bread and even made her a gluten free pizza when she fancied it. The entertainment team were amazing! Yet and Nino, what a duo. They were always friendly and their passion and enthusiasm were not to be faulted. Pedro was great and always up for a high five. Kalina had just started and was lovely and chatty and great with the kids and always smiling. But RIO! What a bloody gem. That man is multi talented and an absolute gem to the hotel. His presence was known and his abilities as an entertainer were just none other than phenomenal. From the dancing, the pool parties, the fun he brought to every day, the fire show and his caricatures were incredible! He went above and beyond with ours, we asked him to do one of each of us and then to do one of each of our pets from photos we showed him and he did them all for us. We appreciated his kindness and hard work and his love for his job so much. A real asset to the company. Thank you Venezia for a wonderful holiday!
