Lovely hotel and super friendly staff. Hotel is super clean and well looked after. Bins changed regularity by the pool so nothing overflowing. Our room was really lovely we had a swim up room which was great after a day at the pool the kids could go in there while we got ready to go for dinner. Maybe more of a 4star hotel instead of 5 I was skeptical and nervous after some bad reviews but I couldn’t fault the hotel it was so lovely and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds. However the ones around the aqua deluxe hotel do get filled up quickly. You will find one even if you go later but maybe not in a prime spot! Ppl did but towels down from early on. The waterpark was great for the kids yes it’s a little bit dated in parts but actually the toilets were all really clean and well looked after. And was well managed. The entertainment wasn’t too bad either I’ve had much worse. Bingo, sax player and a Michael Jackson tribute on night. There’s a few arcades and pool tables at the water park where most of the entertainment happens. We went into Tsilivi town a few times which is super close lots of bars and restaurants and tourist shops and a big play park with arcades and bouncy castles for kids. We took a bus to Zante one night for dinner. It’s so pretty there in the evening all lit up. Large selection of drinks on the all inclusive esp cocktails. We had such a lovely holiday I’d thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone staying!!

My partner and I had a couples ritual massage with full body scrub, facial and head massage. The experience was so relaxing, the therapists were so caring and explained the process as they went. I really would recommend to anyone experiencing a spa for the first time or seasoned spa users. A really relaxing experience. Thank you to both therapists, Joanna and Eirini.

We stayed at Aqua Bay Suites for 10 nights in July 2026 as a family of 3. We booked one of the swim up rooms and had requested a room which caught the sun for most of the day, I contacted the hotel a couple of weeks prior to arriving. Our request was fulfilled, we had room 102 which was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a partition for our sons room. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels daily, couldn't fault it and the air con was much welcomed. There is a main buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and tea. It has your usual buffet type foods. It can be a bit repetitive, but I wouldn't have expected anything different, just like all other all inclusive resorts. That being said, there was a lot of choice, and the food was tasty. There is an Italian and Mediterranean (Greek) restaurant which is bookable via the hotels app they get you to download when you arrive. We tried both during our stay. Both really nice and would recommend a visit during your stay. The waterpark was an amazing addition to the hotel and where we spent the most of the time! Our 5 year old loved it! They are quite strict on the height restrictions for the bigger slides, which is good. Our son loved all the slides in he could go on and the pirate ship area too. There are a number of other pools in the hotel but we always ended up at the waterpark and then back at our swim up pool in the afternoon after lunch. We went to the deluxe pool one morning which is a lovely pool, the hotel seemed quite quiet during our stay so I imagine the comfy sunbeds may not be as easy to get in busier periods. There is a kids club run by the hotel and TUI, but we never used them. The animation team does various activities during the day should you wish to participate, such as aqua aerobics, a craft station for kids, etc. My husband used the gym a couple of times, small but well equipped for the casual gym user. Air con etc. There is no shop within the hotel but not an issue as there are plenty directly outside the hotel. My husband even managed to get some swim shorts! My little boy loved the ice cream stations, help yourself whenever you like! The snack bar is where we had most of our lunches, they made the best pizzas (by the slice) burgers and salads etc. Plus it was right beside our swim up pool room! So very handy for drinks! My son loved the kids disco on an evening, if there is one critique, it would be the evening entertainment and disco could be improved as it was the same songs, only 30 mins... No other games as we have previously experienced at other hotels. There is an arcade but we found a lot of the games to be out of order. Tsilivi in general is lovely and there is so much to see and do outside the hotel, just a few minutes walk away. Luna Fun Park and the Crazy Golf, to name a couple. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants to visit if you fancy a change of scenery. We booked the turtle boat trip through Nefis which I also recommend. Our little boy loved being a pirate and searching for treasure! Zante town is also a short taxi ride away and worth a visit if you need to buy your holiday souvenirs. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. Greece has our hearts and we can't wait to explore the other islands.
