Not for younger children We stayed on the bottom floor in a room with a shared pool near Reception. Our room was one of the odd-numbered rooms, so we had a lovely shared pool that felt much more private than the even-numbered rooms, where the pool was right next to the bar and the area where people eat lunch. Unfortunately, the noise from the corridor was unbearable. There is absolutely no soundproofing, so whenever people were leaving or returning to their rooms, we could hear every footstep, as well as conversations, shouting and, on several occasions, screaming. This continued until around midnight every night, meaning our children were unable to sleep. The noise was constant and had a huge impact on our ability to sleep and actually relax during our holiday. There was simply no let-up. If you want to be able to put young children to bed before midnight, I would not recommend this hotel. The food was reasonable, with enough choice each night. The food at the snack bar in the aqua park was the only food we found disappointing, everything else from the restaurants and snack bars was perfectly fine. The one change I would suggest is having more variety at the children's buffet. Lunch and dinner were essentially the same every day: chicken nuggets, fish fingers, smiley faces and broccoli. We also weren't able to book the Elia restaurant, as it was already fully booked by the time we arrived. We did eat at the Garden Restaurant, although we didn't risk having any of the desserts as the area was absolutely swarming with wasps. We also ate at the Italian restaurant but rather ironically the pizza at the buffet was nicer and more authentic Italian than at this restaurant so would recommend sticking to the pasta. Our room itself was kept clean and towels were changed regularly. Check-in was quite difficult. It had to be completed through an app on arrival, which could be particularly challenging for older members of the family whose phones couldn't download the app or who needed help navigating the system. This was even more difficult when arriving late at night with young, tired children. All of the staff across the hotel were incredibly hard-working. They always seemed very busy but were consistently friendly and helpful. It is also quite difficult to get a lounger around the Deluxe Pool. Unfortunately, staff don't appear to remove towels from loungers that have been reserved early in the morning, which is a shame. Overall, there are definitely positives to the hotel, particularly the friendly staff, cleanliness and range of food. However, for us, the constant noise at night was a major issue and really affected our enjoyment of the holiday. For families with younger children, I would think carefully about the room location and the level of noise before booking.
Wonderful holidays and the pools was very clear. A lot of peoples from differents countries and I like it I did deep massage and my expert was eirini so professional massage wow
Wonderful treatment by zoi. Full body and exfoliation. Excellent service and the treatment and care by the therapist was exceptional. Thank you. A lovely birthday treat
Quite possibly the worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Staff should be ashamed with themselves. And if you book through TUI don’t expect their reps to help either (complaint sent to ABTA) As for the swim up pool, great if you don’t mind a smell resembling sick coming through the decking Despite the above I would give a shout out to the TUI kids club reps who were all absolutely brilliant!
This hotel was perfect for our big family holiday. We had a 2 and 6 year old to keep busy and they loved the pools and water park. The rooms with private pools are great, the pool is a good size and the terrace is spacious. The food was lovely in the buffet restaurant, although drinks service was really slow, sometimes we didn’t get our drinks at all but generally a really enjoyable experience. The location is good, a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops nearby. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the rooms were clean and fresh towels brought to your room each evening. The spa was lovely, reasonable prices when they apply a discount otherwise quite pricey. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever visit Zante again we would stay here. We visited in the summer holidays and it was surprisingly calm and fairly quiet around the resort, the water park and restaurants were busy but no rushing for sun loungers or long queues at the bars. Noise level in the rooms was ok if your room isn’t near the bar or reception area, otherwise the hallways/corridors were quite noisy.
