My family and I stayed at Karras Grande Resort in May 2026, and I can confidently say it was the absolute right choice. The hotel is excellent, featuring fresh renovations, modern rooms, fully working AC, a safe, and great Wi-Fi throughout the property. 🧼 Flawless Cleanliness The cleanliness here is kept to an ideal standard. The pool water is crystal clear, and both the common areas and rooms are spotless. Huge thanks to the housekeeping staff — they do an incredible job every single day. 💼 Outstanding Staff & Service I have honestly never seen such a friendly and welcoming hotel crew. The bartenders, restaurant staff, and reception team — you guys are just "wow!" Special thanks to Olga from the reception; her hospitality and customer service skills are beyond praise. 🎂 An Unforgettable Birthday Surprise I also want to express my deepest gratitude to the hotel manager, who made our stay truly unforgettable. We came here to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel surprised us with incredibly generous gifts: a complimentary room upgrade and a delicious birthday cake. The entire team at Karras Grande Resort made our stay so warm and special. We definitely recommend this place!

I rarely write reviews, but our stay at Karras Grande Resort (booked via Jet2) was so incredible that I simply must share our experience. We chose Zakynthos for a very special occasion — my husband’s 35th birthday — and wanted our family holiday to be absolutely perfect 👌 This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location is great, just a leisurely 10-minute walk to the beach. From the very first moments, we were surrounded by genuine warmth, top-tier hospitality, and flawless customer service. The atmosphere here is just unreal — it is so warm and family-oriented. You are welcomed like an old friend and given that authentic Greek care 🇬🇷Is it worth the money? Definitely yes. We booked a Family Standard room, but the hotel management generously surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite as a birthday gift for my husband. The room was modern, newly renovated, with exceptionally comfortable beds, properly working AC, and a safe. Cleanliness was absolutely spotless; both the rooms and common areas are kept impeccably clean without any harsh chemical smells. The food here is simple, fresh, and incredibly delicious. While you won't find lobsters or exotic seafood, every breakfast, lunch, and dinner tasted wonderful. Even our picky 12-year-old daughter, who is at that challenging age, always found something she loved, which is a huge win for us. The staff is the true heart of this resort. They are all remarkably friendly, professional, and always smiling. Two people made our stay unforgettable. Olga welcomed us like old friends, showed us around, and made us feel instantly at home with her amazing energy. Every time we met, she would chat with us, ask about our impressions, and give great recommendations on places to visit. She is such a warm, charming person who truly wins you over — I would gladly sit down and just have a cup of coffee and a chat with her. The hotel manager, Nikos, also completely won us over with his responsiveness. When I asked at reception where to buy a small birthday cake nearby, he personally stepped in to introduce himself and offered a complimentary cake from the hotel. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in on us to ensure everything was perfect. The care from Olga, Nikos , and the entire team — including the wonderful housekeeping staff, waiters, and bartenders — made us feel truly valued. They do everything possible to ensure guests enjoy their holiday to the fullest ❤️ Thank you, Karras Grande Resort, for an incredible family vacation and beautiful memories of Zakynthos.
