Karras Grande Resort

This was a last minute Holiday, Hotel great. Very clean. staff are always cleaning something.Always smiling. And very helpful. The Hotel manager was always around, even showed us to our room after checking in,late afternoon. Was even checking the kitchen and dining room, most meal times If had to find something amiss. The food could have been better. We heard that the Hotel was waiting for a new chef. Still we never left the dining room hungry. All in all we had a good time at this Hotel.

Absolutely fantastic location ,atmosphere very happy meet alot of new people ,sophia who cleaned my room left it spotless everyday.rooms had air conditioning,hairdryer,iron ironboard. Cot on requst if you need to do through booking . Value for money , nikos the manager so accomodating, happy to help and tell us places to visit .but do think front pool for adults only and back 2 pools for families with kids

5 star recommendations we will be returning we had a wonderful stay at Karras Grande Resort. The staff were consistently warm, patient, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. You can feel that they take pride in looking after guests, and it makes such a difference. A special thank‑you to Nikos, the manager, whose kindness and calm approach set the tone for the whole resort. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels welcome and supported. The man at the top pool bar with the glasses I regret not getting his name but a real genuine soul made us all feel at home and gives you all the time in the world and no it’s not just for tips either they are all very genuine. If you want a place where the people make your holiday feel special, this is it. Massive thank you to the manager and staff for a brilliant stay and caring atmosphere.

My boyfriend Niall and I stayed with yourselves last week in room 223 which was a lovely room overlooking one of the pools. Your hotel is fantastic cannot fault a thing. All the staff are so friendly and helpful a special mention to Thomas and Jack our entertainer every day who did an outstanding job and so funny. The food was out of this world we thoroughly enjoyed every meal something different every day always hot and the restaurant was super clean with superb waiting staff. The freshwater pools were lovely to swim in and Niall enjoyed the water polo. The hotel is fantastically placed and only a very short walk to the beach. We cannot wait to return and are already looking at September. Well done team Karras Grande keep up the hard work, smiles and laughter!
