Karras Grande Resort

We have just come back from this wonderful Hotel.Thank you to all the staff and management where nothing was too much trouble for them also the animation team that works so hard. Would recommend this hotel especially for families.Ignore the negative comments.

2nd sept to 9th just come home from karrsa grande hotel n wanted to stay longer had a fantastic time at the hotel met some lovely people .rooms were spotless cleaning lady was in everyday if needed.we all enjoyed the food and im a fussy eater tried lost of different things n must admit loved alot very tasty.you could not fault the staff always happy to help n lovely . You have a choice of 3 pools which is great .location brill near bars restaurants n beach .would defo recommend this hotel and we would all defo go back .oh n the manager Nikos was lovely and he was everywhere n did anything to help.thanx 4 a fantastic holiday

⭐ 1/5 – The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had Sadly, our stay at the Karras Grande Resort in Tsilivi was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, nowhere near the standard you would expect from a hotel of this rating. The problems started with the room. The water flow in the shower was extremely poor, making it difficult to have a proper shower. The bathroom itself was in serious need of refurbishment. The mirror was broken, and, even more concerning, there were bare electrical wires sticking out above the bathroom mirror. This was not only unsightly but felt like a genuine safety concern. The shower cubicle was tiny and in desperate need of repair, making showering an uncomfortable experience. The general condition of the bathroom certainly did not give the impression of a well-maintained hotel. The situation around the pool was equally frustrating. There were not enough sunbeds, despite the hotel not being at full capacity during our stay. The sunbeds themselves were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and when we asked staff for cushions, we were told there weren’t enough available. Instead, staff were taking seat cushions from the sofas outside the hotel and giving these out for the sunbeds. This then meant there were fewer cushions/seats available for guests in the evening, and the cushions were being left wet after being used around the pool. It really shouldn’t be necessary for guests to have to find makeshift solutions simply to sit comfortably. Unfortunately, the food was another major disappointment. The quality was very poor and there was very little choice. The only real positive for us was the desserts, which were considerably better than the rest of the food. The drinks were just as disappointing. The soft drinks were diabolical, the cocktails were extremely poor and the wine tasted like vinegar – on a good day. For an all-inclusive holiday, the standard of the drinks was simply unacceptable. Our room key was another ongoing problem. We had to have the door key reset four separate times during our stay, and eventually the locks had to be repaired. Even after this, we were left with a situation where we couldn’t properly lock our door at night, which was incredibly worrying and left us feeling very uncomfortable about the security of our room. Overall, there were simply far too many issues for this to be considered an enjoyable holiday experience. From the condition and safety of the bathroom, inadequate pool facilities and uncomfortable sunbeds, to the poor food, terrible drinks and repeated problems with the room door, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. There were very few positives to take from our stay, other than the desserts and the fact that Tsilivi itself is a lovely destination. Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not return and, based on our experience, I would struggle to recommend the Karras Grande Resort to others. If you are considering booking this hotel, I would strongly recommend researching recent reviews and considering other options before committing.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach. It has a family atmosphere, everyone knows everyone and everyone is very nice. The rooms are clean, with great attention paid to hygiene. The staff was very attentive, trying to resolve every request. The evening and daytime programs are excellent, and the evening games are a particularly great experience. The animators fill the days with life, they have great respect for everyone. Every minute was a gift here.
