The location is fantastic, there are many shops, restaurants and a wonderful beach nearby.The service is wonderful, always smiling. Everything I need is handled without any problems, even a birthday surprise with a cake and a last-minute restaurant.Clean rooms, coffee, tea, kettle and ironing board with iron. Large balcony with hairdryer.The price is perfect. The food is always fresh and constantly replenished.A wonderful family atmosphere everywhere..Peace and quiet..I highly recommend it. No complaints.

My nephew and I stayed here for a week and it was outstanding. The hotel staff where so friendly and helpful with everything and the hotel was beautiful and spotless, the cleaning staff were amazing. I will be booking this hotel again.

This is our second time here at the Karras Grande. Fantastic hotel to stay at .Nicholas head manager and Maria were so attentive to everyone, very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us. Food was fantastic, never went hungry and great variety of meats, cheese, fruit, breads and hot food. Close to beach and shops and restaurants if you want to venture out.Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.Housekeeping staff were fantastic, beds made every day room cleaned well and fresh towels everyday. Pool area’s are very well maintained and spotless .plenty of sunbeds and chairs to relax in the sun . Bar at the pool has snacks and pastries, ice cream’s lollies, cocktails and local beer always cold.Barman Mariglen was amazing, friendly always smiling and willing to go the extra mile for everyone.checking how everything was and cleaning up regularly around the pool.Top bar man. Restaurant staff were great, greeted at the door at every meal with a smile .Food warm and constantly being topped up throughout the sitting of meal times . Desserts were amazing and again plenty of selection.Anduela was especially helpful in the restaurant at all times, checking food was good and if we wanted more and again keeping the tables clean and plates taken away promptly and new ones set with cutlery to continue eating if desired. This Hotel is fantastic and don’t know where some of the low scores are coming in we could not fault it and a good few people we spoke to here are frequent users that keep returning.Book this Hotel if you are looking good friendly staff, good food and a great bar man to keep u hydrated through the day . Good improvements from the last time we were here havn’t gone unnoticed. A well run hotel all round and we will definitely return.

Last minute booking so we had a family suite, overlooked the road so we asked for pool side and it was lovely Lovely clean hotel, keep on top of all day long! 3 nice pools, pool beds bit hard so take a towel Pool bar had nice man serving drinks, so friendly! Luke the entertainment was great, had a hard job it was the first week but his energy and fun ways will keep everyone happy Breakfast and lunch was good, plenty of choice, lovely fresh made omelet The evening food wasn’t so good so we had 2 nights in town All the staff from cleaners to restaurants are so friendly and helpful Drink package not to my liking but got used to the wine The town was quiet to start but got a lot busier as week went on and some lovely restaurants and bars I would stay again but not on the all inc Do feel bottled water should be free
