Karras Grande Resort

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We went all inclusive and the food was poor. 80% was the same for the full week, it was never hot or even lukewarm. The meats were very chewy, usually I can get away with just having salads if the food isnt great but even the salad wasn't great, drowned in different liquids that was hit and miss. The snack bar consisted of cold burgers/hotdogs/chicken nugget sandwiches kept in the fridge. They did do ice cream in a tub which was refreshing by the pool. Anything else was chargeable. We spent a fortune buying food and eating out instead. I wouldnt go again.

Hello everyone, I spent a couple of days here with my family and had a very pleasant holiday. The location is great, just a 5–10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a fresh and modern feel. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The food is okay—nothing exceptional, but there is a good variety and you certainly won't go hungry. There are a couple of swimming pools and snack bars available as well. There is also some entertainment during the day, which adds to the overall experience. If you're thinking about booking this hotel, don't hesitate—just book it! I hope my review helps.

Arrived home yesterday from a week away with the family at the Karras Grand and here is what i thought.. Food Seen a lot of bad reviews about the food but we realy liked it, good variety and tastes good. The mousse was a highlight for me, sensational mousse. Location Location is perfect in my opinion, right at the start of the strip which is full of bars and restaurants ( sunset boulavard being our favourite ). 5 minutes walk to the beach. 5 minutes walk to the waterpark. Staff All staff were very friendly and good with the kids, no complaints there. Drinks This is why only 4 out of 5. Drinks at this hotel are terrible. It lets the hotel down massively. Selection is complete garbage, its all tastes odd and watered down. Beer is ok by the middle pool bar but bad by the front pool bar, and all served in plastic half cups. Room Our room was very clean and kept well with nice balcony overlooking the pool. Overall it was a very nice stay but the hotel desperatly need to improving the drinks situation.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We stayed here for 8 nights and everything was perfect. The hotel itself is very welcoming, clean and modern. The location to all the beach, restaurants and bars is great only a few minutes away. The hotel room was very spacious. The housekeeping team did a grand job on a daily basis. Our room had a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool, safe box and iron/ironing board as well as mini fridge (not stocked) and tea/coffee making equipment too. The food was typical AI, we never went hungry. The pizza was good and my son enjoyed the pasta dishes & ice cream. The pool area was very clean and had nice chilled vibes. We enjoyed the AI drinks especially the cocktails and spirits & mixers. But the best bit was the staff… they all work incredibly hard but are the most friendly we’ve ever come across… they really did go above and beyond to make our stay memorable… thank you to Nikos - GM, Olga - Reception, Marino - Bar, Anduela - Restaurant, Thomas - pool bar & Nikos - Bar/Restaurant. You are all fantastic. Thank you for the best holiday !

We had a lovely time from start to finish. Nice clean hotel. The staff were excellent, so attentive. Nice food and drinks. A lovely location and we would love to come back. Excellent way to spend our 29th wedding anniversary. Thankyou all so much. Paul and Kim
