Wouldn't go back here. Food cold.Brought out fresh chips and they were stale. Had to ask staff to replenish some food as trays was empty .Not much selection to choose from. Basically same food every day.Ran out of sliced bread 2 days.Had uncut bread which some guests cut without using the cloth the was supplied. Water tasted vile just like soft drinks. Pool was lovely as was the bar staff. Rooms good apart from the tv which was angled and slightly faced upwards. Quite a few other guests also not happy with food and drinks.Reported everything to Jet 2 reps who dealt with everything. Not enough sunbeds for all guests. People were putting towels on and not returning for hours.Hotel should monitor this.

Firstly I’ll start with the good, lovely looking hotel and extremely clean. WiFi excellent and air conditioning best we’ve had in Greece. Staff brilliant at their jobs from cleaners to restaurant to bar staff especially Remi at the pool bar and Jack the entertainer. Hotel manager always attentive and works very hard to sort any issues out. Pool very clean and outside immaculate. Beds comfortable and fresh towels and cleaning every day. Sadly a few things which need mentioning drinks aren’t great the beer is the best and the cocktails but everything else tastes odd. Food also not great staff are good at refilling and replenishing but some foods taste really odd and aren’t warm. There’s a good choice and you wouldn’t starve but after a few days you think it tastes weirder the more you eat it. Also if you showered after 5 o clock there was hardly any water and was freezing I’ve been to Greece many times and understand how it is but this was quite bad one night no water at all came out of shower .I would stay again but think some things need addressing. Having said all this we had a great holiday and met some lovely people would recommend as long as food and drink was made a little better.

Stayed 1 week A/I during summer school holidays. 2A,2C (13&15) Very clean, modern room. Fridge, kettle, safe and hair dryer in the room. Food was excellent. So much choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beer,wine, tea/coffee and juices available in the restaurant-help yourself. Staff in restaurant friendly and attentive. Manager was often around to ensure all guests were happy. Pools nice. Really liked the beer on the all inclusive. Burgers and cake available from pool bars during snack times in the afternoon. Location great. Beach further down the strip (by Venus beach bar) was nicer. Sun lounges were €20 for 2 up and down the beach. Loads of shops,bars and restaurants outside the hotel. We enjoyed drinks at some beautiful restaurants in the evening. Would recommend Lakinthos (beach front bar), Anna’s Kitchen for a gorgeous setting and Palatium for the atmosphere. Bus stops all around. €2.20 each way to Zakynthos (cash or card). Hired a boat from the harbour. Book in advance. €160 for 5 hours (enough time to get to the shipwreck and blue caves) then €70 for fuel. Great experience. Take a driving license. Tsivili is very family friendly. Mini golf, Luna Fun park with inflatable and small rides, water park close by.

Apartments were very nice, food was ok but not spectacular,location good (10 minutes walk to the beach, near shops and restaurants) , pools were good but the greatest was the Jack animation team. Thanks to their great attitude we had best time ever. Thank you Jack (and Iza ;) ).

Everything was really good. Rooms spacious one double bed and bunk beds. We overlooked the smallest pool, largest pool a little claustrophobic but the pool bar ran by Marinos was excellent. Go say hi to him as he’s very accommodating. The general manager Nicos was very attentive you see him everywhere, making sure all his staff are working well, they work so hard. Check out Jessica in the restaurant as nothing is too much trouble. Nothing negative here great price for all inclusive. If you go have a good time
