The location is perfect, close to everything but also quite quiet. Definitely have a wade through the sea to Cameo Island! There’s a good mix of younger people and families at the hotel. We stayed in the larger family room and it was very modern, big fridge for drinks and the air con was so good I found my daughter asleep with her hoodie on 😂. It was cleaned daily and fresh towels replenished often, the cleaning team work incredibly hard. The family pool is nice and chilled right by the outside bar, quiet music played during the day and you are allowed inflatables in the water. No mad rush to get sun loungers in the morning, which is nice. We always got beds at anytime of day. Ice cream served most of the day at the pool bar. The food was all fresh, I loved that a lot of the produce is from the field opposite the hotel. There was a great selection of salad which remained the same all week and the hot options changed everyday. A small selection of the menu we had were gyros, lasagna, rabbit, ribs, Chinese chicken, pork, salmon and the most tender roast beef. Plus loads of other delicious things and side dishes. You can’t go hungry! There’s a fruit bar and a small pudding section serving jellies and three or pudding options, plus ice cream and a children’s section serving spaghetti bolognaise, pizza, sausages and meatballs etc. Breakfast is great, with all the full English options, cereals and fruits. The staff are really friendly and work tirelessly 👏 The evening entertainment is low key, a singer each evening which is nice if playing card games and chilling out is your vibe. The only small bit of feedback I would give, is that it would be easier for holiday makers and staff if soft drinks were self serve and two people were working on the inside bar during the evening. The poor lady in there is run off her feet and you do have to queue for a wee while. We paid £586 each all inclusive with tui in August plus 70 euro tourist tax, which in my opinion was amazing value for what we have received. Thank you for a wonderful week away in the sun!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, it's meant to be a 4 star, however it's more like a 2 star, the overall hotel is a low standard, the hotel is dated, Yes they do have the new premium rooms and swim up pools, we was staying in a premium room and I dread to think what the standard room would be like. Our room overlooked a field and had a lovely Cockerel that woke us at 5am (3am UK Time) the towels only get changed every other day and the bedding only gets changed once a week, we had 4 hangers in the room and had to request a kettle, on arrival we needed to pay 70.00Euro's, our bathroom got flooded everytime we had a shower because the drain in the middle of the room filled the room with foam, the bathroom is not a wet room so this takes forever to drain away, I reported this and nothing was done. The worst part of this hotel has to be the food, I am gluten free, the hotel and TUI were aware of this before I travelled, unfortunately the hotel only has one buffet restaurant, most of the food is in a sauce, obviously to make the food spread further for cost, no grilled chicken, the pork that was offered was covered in a sauce and it was just lumps for fatty meat, they did do Salmon one night, which was full of bones and cold, the rest of the week the options were, Chicken Liver!! sausage pie, pasta sauce most nights, there was jacket potato one night, the egg mayonnaise was drenched in mayonnaise they must have mixed 6 eggs to two jars of mayonnaise, everything was swimming in oil and cold, the chips and vegetables all COLD!! and as you can see in the photo's the gluten free section consisted of one packet of crackers, there was no allergy cards for any items as stated on TUI's website. They did put some bread and milk in my room, however the bread contained Barley and in the UK this is grain which contains gluten, very dangerous, the pool bar did not offer one gluten free option and the staff did not know the word gluten , both me and my husband who can eat everything were hungry which you do not expect when paying £1850.00 for 1 week all-inclusive, the drinks were fizzy tinted water, there was only one bar open at a time and the entertainment consisted of one and half hours per night, we had singers a saxophone player, we decided to cut our holiday short because after 3 nights I was feeling weak, we paid for an early flight home and since been offered compensation from TUI. Last year we stayed at a TUI 4 star in Tenerife and was obviously spoilt. This was a holiday from hell, see attached photos of the buffet restaurant, overflow drain in our bathroom and the pool area cleaning. The only positive on this hotel was the bar staff who were very friendly. This was a very expensive mistake, do not waste your money, there are much better resorts and MUCH BETTER HOTELS.
