Margarita

We spent a week here in the very last week of their season. So things may be different to when the hotel is full. In the last week things are winding down fast including the food choices possibly. Anyway. Pros: Great staff including Hope, Sylvia and Visi on the bars and Helen and Margarita herself on reception. It's a clean hotel with very tasty food. The quality of the drinks is very good for AI as well. The place itself is nice with a couple of pools and private pool for upgraded people. It is well situated but half a mile from the sea. Entertainment is samey with a fair bit of keyboard stuff. Good pool bar with free table tennis and pool table. Cons: No microwave...bad. No HP sauce for breakfast...bad. Limited choice of food...samey. I would recommend this place to families and older couples.

Lovely hotel run by mainly ladies . Very clean , food was well cooked and full of flavour even though the selection was not huge it was still very good . The only thing we thought strange as it was A.I that the only alcoholic drinks available before 4.p.m was beer or wine , you couldn't even get a cocktail.

Went to this lovely hotel from 9th to 23rd September. Staff were nice, polite and incredibly helpful. We had a slight drainage problem on our bathroom and once reported to Reception (Helen is lovely!) The issue was sorted. It's a pity they didn't have decaffeinated coffee but hey it wasn't the end of the world as we had taken our own. From the restaurant staff to snack bar the staff were very helpful. Food was very good and varied. The bread was amazing! Most vegetables were grown by the hotel and some fruits too. Want a taxi to Zante town, no problem ask Reception to book you a taxi and the cost. Nothing was too much trouble. Remember the staff are hard working so be nice. Overall a nice break with two pools to choose from. Oh don't forget the lady who does massages, the entertainment at night and bar staff who are remembering people drinks! Have a nice stay!

Location is 10/10 absolutely perfect, not too close but just far enough from the hassle and bustle of the strip. Our holiday was out of season for the strip so was perfect for a lovely quiet and relaxing 2 week stay. We had room with a private pool room Nu 124 which was lovely all modern and well kept. Excellent value for money especially for us in October really can not say for other months. The whole complex/hotel/grounds are immaculate and well kept any issues if any where dealt with within minutes. We were extremely lucky to say that the noise was non existent except from Donald and his merry fleet of quacking ducks and the 3 degrees being Colin the Cocktail and his backing singers, which was no harm at all. Actually it was lovely to hear. There’s also a on site shop selling all your essentials like water for your room, snacks, tobacco, milk, gifts, water wings etc as well as many other items. There was live entertainment throughout the week on certain nights and the breakfast, lunch and dinner were plentiful and nourishing with excellent deserts. The bar serves a mixture of soft and alcoholic drinks as well as the pool bar which also serves really good food/snacks… All in all what a great stay we have both had.

The hotel close to the airport which is great especially if you don't like long transfers. The check in was quick. There is a small lift. We were in room 308 which had a lovely balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Perfect for my partner to see the planes land. You can't really hear anything in the evening with the doors closed so we got good night's sleep. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels left. We couldn't fault the food in the hotel. Something different every day. Never went hungry. The desserts were also lovely. The drinks were ok too. Hope at the Main bar is so lovely as are all the staff. The location is fine, it's a 10 minute walk to the main trip and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Over all a pleasant stay.
