My family and I have just returned from the Margarita having spent 11 nights at this wonderful hotel Lovely accommodation with good size rooms Excellent restaurant Exceptional food ( I was spoiled for choice most days) and nothing is a bother for the friendly staff The pool areas are clean and there’s no problem finding a bed and brolly There’s an adult pool at the front of the hotel which is great if you want a quiet day and a bigger pool at the rear of the hotel which also has a small section for the little ones This pool has a bar and serves food at certain times of the day ( the burgers are lovely) There’s another bar inside the hotel which serves the front pool and the restaurant There is another pool for the people in the superior rooms The public ares are well maintained and the lounge is comfortable with a surprisingly good library The entertainment is low key and fine for us The location is great as it’s in a quiet area but just a short walk to the centre bars shops and restaurants I’ve left the best thing about this hotel till last intentionally as this is in my opinion why Margarita is so good The staff are by far the best I’ve known at any hotel I’ve been to They are friendly efficient and everything is done with a smile I’d like to thank them all for making this such a wonderful holiday myself and my family Id like to give a mention and huge thank you to Vissi at the pool bar and Hope at the restaurant bar You are lovely people and really made our stay special I would also like to give a special thanks to Helen on reception who was so helpful to us Thank you all from Michael and family

Just got back from an excellent stay at the Margarita. We had a family room which was spacious with very good A/C and a handy mini fridge. The family rooms are located near the family pool and snack bar which was good. The room and all communal areas were spotlessly clean. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding at every meal- lots of choice for the children and a few well selected choices for the adults each time. Great variety of meals across the week, both traditional Greek and other cuisines too. We particularly enjoyed the salad which was incredibly fresh. The pool bar was great- lots of ice creams for the children plus good selection of soft drinks. We would have liked to have had a gin and tonic earlier in the day (they start serving spirits at 4pm) but understand why they don’t do this and it meant the atmosphere remained relaxed and family friendly. The location is very good. Only a few minutes walk from the main strip but we did not notice any noise from bars etc at any point during our stay, even when we got the transfer back to the airport at 3am. Airport only about 15 mins away. Overall, outstanding value. We had a brilliant time and would recommend to families or couples looking for a quieter place to stay.

Great location, a 5 min walk from shops and bars and 10 mins from the beach. Very relaxed atmosphere that definitely caters more for families and couples. The room we had was a family room that had plenty of space and was very clean. For what we paid the value for money was 10 out of 10. It was very quiet apart from the evening entertainment but always ended at a reasonable hour. The service is what really makes this hotel stand out. The staff are exceptional, simply could not fault them. They are an absolute credit to this hotel. Have I been to nicer hotels? Yes. Will this be everyone's cup of tea? No. But if you want a clean hotel where the staff are wonderful and the food is excellent then you wont go far wrong.

We are staying at the Margarita Hotel at the moment and loving our time here! Located in a quiet part of Laganas but within walking distance of the bars, local shops and restaurants. Also within walking distance are many local excursion agents with a great choice of things to do and places to visit on the beautiful island. The complex, along with our room is lovely and clean and we have received the warmest welcome. The highlight is definitely the food!! The buffet is small but plentiful and everything is beautifully prepared and so delicious. Beautiful fresh salads, traditional Greek fare and new choices to try at every meal, you can tell from every bite that the food has been prepared with love. A lot of the produce served is also grown on site and then served for guests hence the freshness and flavour! Special mention to chef Tony who is one of the kindness people we have had the pleasure to meet and has hosted us with the warmest of Greek hospitality. We are thoroughly enjoying our holiday and really glad we booked to stay here!

I absolutely loved my stay at Margarita Hotel! I really like how it’s a small, family-run hotel. The owners are always involved, and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is small without feeling cramped, so it’s really easy to find your way around. The rooms are very clean and there’s air conditioning throughout the buildings. The food is amazing, and there’s evening entertainment with music. There are three pools: an adults-only pool, one for Superior Rooms and a family pool with a pool bar serving things like burgers, chips and ice cream. The pools are really refreshing! There’s also a pool table, table tennis, a bookshelf where you can borrow books, and a small shop selling food, crisps, gifts and souvenirs. There are even lots of cats walking around! The location is great too, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also nice and quiet because the hotel isn’t on a main road. Reception is open 24/7, which is really useful. I really, really enjoyed my stay here and I’m genuinely going to miss it. I felt like I was apart of the family, this is one of the only hotels I would absolutely want to come back to, if I can get my mum and dad to agree.
