Good overall 1 week experience at the hotel-towards end of season. Reception easy check in and out. Very quick to sort any question or problem. The hotel is in good clean condition room we had had no issues. We found all the included drinks ok. Main restaurant clean and staff managed by Dora good. food is always plentiful but needs a little variation feel maybe after 2 weeks would be stalled. But there is also free evening bookable babi night, A La carte at Italian and Elia mixed menu on the waterpark. there is also Crepes and snack bar (burgers) through the day so in all not bad on the A/I food. Attached waterpark should keep all ages happy. Only downside is adult evening entertainment.

We stayed for 12 nights in August travelling with our son, our friends and their family. Reading the reviews I was a little concerned but thought people can always find faults even if there aren’t any so we ignored the negative comments. I loved how small the hotel was compared to ones we’ve stayed in previously, it seems small until you realise how far it goes (waterpark & entertainment etc). Our room was 240 so close to the restaurant and reception. The room was pleasant but the walls were paper thin, we went to bed with noise and woke up to noise every day (either screaming kids or scraping chairs). The food was lovely and couldn’t fault this including the restaurants you can book, visited Elia restaurant and they started packing up half an hour after we arrived so felt very awkward and rushed. The beer is super watered down and we found it hard to drink so had to pay from out of their fridges and all other drinks were pure syrup. The vibe down the waterpark pool was lively which is where we spent our days apart from the beach - Makai is well worth a visit, this was by far our favourite place. All staff were friendly and work super hard. We had a lovely time but would not return due to the lack of sleep and quality of drinks. We tend to stay in 4/5* hotels and I wouldn’t even consider putting this hotel as a 5*.

The Pros: - water park is very good, lots of options, not very long queues and great snack bar - pool bar is very good - staff amazing, loads of options for snacks and drinks freshly made - location - nice walk into town - I like the lots of little pools rather than 1 - Never had to fight to get a sun bed The Cons: - My wife is Coeliac, she was very limited with what she could eat. They did make provision for pancakes at breakfast, pasta and pizza. The pancakes were not great even the chef apologised, pizza was good but pasta not cooked well at all. - Staff at the A la Carte restaurant were the grumpiest and rudest I’ve ever witnessed. We were rushed out, it was like they wanted to finish their shift. A 4 course meal completed in 40 mins. - Sleeping accommodation - very cramped. - hotel is directly under the flight path, early morning flights waking us at 5/6 am. All in all a good holiday, but won’t return to this hotel.

We went as a family of 8 over 3 rooms. We did request ground floor rooms but only could accommodate one of the rooms on the ground floor, which was fine as nice to have at least one base for the small pools(each ground floor room has 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds.) We honestly had an amazing holiday and one of the best AI holidays we have been on. The food was good, especially the choice in the water park at lunch times. It was a big hit with the children as they had hotdogs, burgers, chips and pizzas. There was also freshly made baguettes, salads and toasties. You could dine in the main restaurant in the evening or one of the themed nights in the water parks. Food was as expected for AI but no one ever went hungry. You can also dine in the Al a carte once in your stay but we didn't because we thought the children wouldn't enjoy this. Breakfast was a good selection and the pancakes and waffles were a hit. You never had to wait for a table anywhere either. The AI alcohol was fine but my only gripe would be the soft drinks. It was mostly out of a warm bottle with a couple of ice cubes that would melt straight away so would be flat and warm. Luckily the cleaners always left big bottles of water and I bought squash so would fill up my hydro flasks to keep cool in the hot weather. Cleaners were great, changed towels twice daily. Rooms were clean, bathroom could have done with a bit of work but nothing to be concerned with. Water park was fab and had something for small and big kids. We went first thing and usually stayed until after lunch. Always lots of sunbeds and not massive queues for slides. The lazy river was brilliant. In the afternoon we would go back to the hotel pools and you'd pretty much have a pool to yourself, which was lovely. Evening entertainment was again what you would expect, Michael Jackson was very entertaining. We played bingo also a couple of times. We went out locally a couple of nights which is only a 5/10 min walk away. The beach was also about the same walk and you could rent sunbeds or there is an empty part of the beach that you can just lay towels down. No, it's not a 5 star hotel that you would get at home but its a very nice hotel with everything you need for a great holiday and I would thoroughly recommend.

Family of 6 🤗 Arrived without looking at previous reviews as weve done before. First time in Zante and can certainly say we would come back in the future 😊 Family- We had 2x room for 2 adults 4 children (next to each other would have been better) we had opposite rooms which was fine. Pools outside our rooms was a massive yes from the kids for early morning dips or late evening swims nice if you don't mind mingling with the neighboring rooms 😀 Dining- Food was plentiful to choose from meats, poultry and salads & kids section (not much choice) but always full and satisfied. Ice cream should be made available for kids throughout the day as part of the AI package or payable. Pools/waterpark-Areas around the pools (outside rooms) the flooring (concrete) was crumbling and made the children's feet quite sore along with the sharp edges in the swimming pools. Swimwear was stained from the amount of chlorine used but I suppose this has to be used strongly to kill bacterias. Waterpark just a short walk from the main hotel and where the evening entertainment is it was very enjoyable and my children loved it daily. Staff again were attentive happy and joyful, food was always available for AI or to purchase ordered freshly made. AI drinks- Just AI drinks tbh certain drinks not available on AI like Mojitos but can be purchased all drinks are in house cocktails. Entertainment- Kids disco was a slight let down its more focused on smaller kids ie: shark a do ect ... so older kids were left quite board. Would be much more suited for a young kids disco early maybe 7pm followed by something for aged 8+ onwards... the arcade becomes boring when they've used this a couple of times .... Staff- Absolutely fantastic all of them always a lovely smile and happy to chat and polite 😀 Zante town- Is a lovely harbour with a relaxed med vibe and some lovely looking restaurant's. Tsilivi- Is a short walk with lots of souvenir shops & more restaurant's which always looked busy (good signs). We enjoyed our break it was a relaxing scene with everything we needed in our catchment areas so we truly enjoyed our holiday.
