Wonderful holiday, cannot wait for a return visit. Staff went above and beyond, especially Aria at the pool bar and the main man at the Helios bar, they all knew our favourite tipple well. Room was beautiful (227), so quiet with a huge bathroom and great to have the doors closing off the two bedroom areas. Food was fab, plenty of choice and great to have snack options between main meals if needed, and the ice cream! No sunbed wars all week, amazing! Waterpark was brill, clean and staff were fab. Everything was close by and shops, restaurants and beach a 10/15 minute walk. Hope to bring the whole family next year. Best family holiday I've had. Thank you!

We were lucky to be placed at the ground level next to the main pool. A stone throw away from the restaurant and pool bar. There’s a “stair gate” on the sliding door towards the pool this helped with our eager 4 year old. Had our own small garden with sunbeds. The hotel was busy but you didn’t notice, the water park main pool was busy but the the queue for slides and the kids area wasn’t busy. Location is just on the outside of the main area, a good 15 minute walk but there’s a few good bars towards the beach if you cut through the aqua suites area. Staff are amazing and helpful, hotel is clean and tidy. Food is a decent standard, you’re able to book the garden restaurant in the water park. The à la carte is an option too. Water park is a great being part of all inclusive, so you don’t feel the need to spend all day. We just went for a few hours here and there. Would book this hotel again. No issues at all

I got used to big hotels in Greece, this one is suprisingly small. That is a plus because you never wait in line there. Really. Most activites and stage bar are outside (but next to hotel) in water park that serves few objects around. For me that was perfect to choose to go crowded for action or quiet in smaller group. Food great (but too english breakfasts), staff was extremely nice and helpful. Towels changed twice per day. Rooms ok, small pools ok. Drinks mixed good.

Just back from a trip here. Check in was smooth, nice staff, welcome drink, Room was great , modern, air con good, everything you needed such as a fridge (would have like to have had fridge topped up with different drinks other than just water) most 5 star hotels would do this. There was no “do not disturb -make my room up etc to put on door” TV was useless but don’t normally use while on holiday so not an issue. Breakfast was hectic, a lot of different food options available but quality for me wasn’t great . Hotel food wasn’t great throughout including the à la carte (disappointed) Pool bar serves cheap cola , but you get Pepsi in the water park so a bit of a mix going on . Wine was good , tried white, red, rose and all fine ! Entertainment was generally ok what we saw. Water park was good but again hectic with ball throwing everywhere. I can’t say this a five star hotel , it’s a good three plus due to lack of certain things as mentioned in the review English holiday makers in the minority. Shout out to Dionisis and Spiros at the pool bar , they were great . Zakynthos airport was chaos coming home , over two and a half hours queuing at the different check ins and security.

Currently staying at the aqua bay hotel. good hotel but not 5 star...the tourist tax was a shock over 200 euros as we have two rooms for 4 people. Water park and snack bar good food,entertainment not great..we have noisy neighbours so making the best of it... a few issues we have , my son has a sickness bug not sure why.. possibly the water, also the fizzy drinks are all flat! No ice cream in all inclusive! Sadly told today we can't keep either of our rooms as a late check out which we booked and paid for in uk..if we'd have know would have to move anyway we'd have used their facilities and saved 75 quid! So in summing up good hotel but a solid 4 star...and information needs to be more freely available..
