TUI BLUE Zante Maris

My sister and I stayed last week and had the most amazing stay. The general chilled vibe, the super staff, the entertainment, the food and the beach were all just wonderful. The Manager should congratulate himself and his team. The hotel is ideally placed for strolling into town or along the beach. There was only one thing I wished had been different, and that was the mattress! I found the bed too hard to sleep on so spent a week on the sofa.

I had a brilliant time at the TUI blue Zante Maris spa ! Where I had my first ever massage , Martina made me feel extremely comfortable and trustworthy within the experience keeping the room private and calm , Martina made sure I knew what was happening with in the experience making me feel relax , and would definitely come again :)

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location with lovely staff. We have just returned from a 7 day stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a break from the hustle and bustle of life. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff could not be more friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and on occasions they knew what you needed before you did. We had a swim up room but didn’t use it that much as the water was a bit chilly. However, the beach is on the doorstep so it didn’t really matter. There was no trouble getting a sun bed and whilst a few people were out with their towels first thing, there really wasn’t any need. It was difficult to find a seat for the evening entertainment but the staff were trying to find seating from other areas of the hotel that they could utilise. The evening entertainment wasn’t always to our taste but that’s just our opinion. One nice touch is that they have a gala night where they celebrate the hotel and its staff. The atmosphere makes it feel like they really are a family. The TUI reps were available virtually all of the time and were helpful and friendly. We joined in with the aqua dance and some of the quizzes and there are other activities that we could have joined but chose not to. Our room was cleaned every day and the mini bar was stocked every day with soft drinks and water. All in all we had a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday and will definitely return at some point in the future.

We were very disappointed at the hotel only because the bedroom was more like a 3* . When we got to the room the shower attachment didn't work or the extractor fan, the water in the sink kept draining away, the wardrobe were made of cheap wood, painted white with paint missing, doors did not close, couldn't open drawers underneath. Could not pass each other at the end of bed because the room was small. We managed to get the bed pushed apart and then they were not a proper size single bed and very uncomfortable cheap and nasty. Luckily you are not in the room too long only to sleep but just not up to a 5*. Otherwise the hotel was bright and cheerful, nice food and plenty of it. You could only have a meal at the Al la carte restaurant once per stay. The entertainment was excellent, every night there was something different. The best part of the holiday was the lovely sandy beach with nice sunbeds to lay on, staff coming and serving you drinks all day if you wanted them, nothing was too much trouble. The pool didn't look inviting as was grey not the usual blue, just looked dirty. The staff in the main hotel, reception, restaurant wherever where so friendly and would go out of their way to help you out. All in all my friend and I had a really good holiday.
