I had such a wonderful experience with Matina and couldn't recommend her enough! She was always walking around the beach offering the complimentary 2-minute massage, and her friendly, welcoming personality is what convinced me to book a deep tissue massage with her. From the moment I arrived, she was so warm, chatty, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was incredible—so relaxing while still working out all the tension in my muscles. She regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was just right, which showed how much she genuinely cared about making the experience perfect. Matina is an amazing therapist with such a lovely personality. If you're on the beach and she offers you the 2-minute massage, definitely take her up on it—you won't regret booking a full treatment. Thank you, Matina, for such a fantastic and relaxing experience!

All reviews on here state staff are lovely, which they are. However the staff most people interact with are restaurant or bar staff, which are the people who make the holiday worth it. The maître d’ leads an exceptional team and deserves a 5 star review for himself and his team. The experts that work in the spa are also lovely people and I thank them for being apart of what made our holiday better. However the staff you are to interact with when you have an issue are where the problem lies within the hotel, putting on a nice front and welcoming when you walk by but as soon as they’re is an issue, they interrupt and are rude. We arrived on Wednesday morning at roughly 6:30-7am which we was escorted to our rooms and handed a letter which we was told to open when we was in our rooms. The letter stated about they made our stay more comfortable by letting us check in early by making the room available overnight. What they did not make clear is our room would be taken off us a day early, so was left without a room for a day. When we tried to get in contact with anyone from Tui we was given automated responses and no empathy. When we spoke to the reception staff they told us they can give us a “complimentary room” for 110 euros. We never stayed in the room on Tuesday night, in fact when standard check in opens (3pm) I was still at my home in the UK. They told us if we did not want to pay the 110 euros we could use complimentary facilities. The so called “complimentary facilities” was a room with 2 showers and 2 toilets in which people who was dining was actively using while we was getting ready. We were made to check out our room at 11am when our flight wasn’t till the next day. Informed us via letter after showing us to our room. Tui offered no help. However we were made aware by other people in the hotel that a similar situation had occurred and a man had kicked off about it and his situation was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We truly believe because we are both young girls and have mutual respect to people they took advantage of this because we didn’t put up a fuss like other people, even though we experienced rude customer service. The pool was disgusting with a green rim around it that stained everybody’s bikinis, plasters floating in pool. Filters are green. Had to set alarms to get a sunbed. No umbrellas only a set few around the pool have some and the beach all have them. To get a drink on a night the wait was ridiculous, as lovely as the staff are they are swept off their feet. They work tirelessly with not enough staff to support them, as clear when you can see them running from place to place just to appease. The most we received in one night from about 8-12 was 4 drinks. My friend left something in the room and we realised a few hours later as we was panicking about having no where to stay for a night so we was rushing out the room. The staff at reception embarrassed her for forgetting something and they found something else of hers and made her play a “guess” game panicking her thinking she’d forgotten something important such as passport etc. Spoke to my friend condescending and interrupted our evening meal to literally embarrass her in front of several other people. I’m sure a very similar response along the lines of “As your room was secured and paid for from the night before your arrival, you were able to check in immediately when you arrived on 29 July without having to wait until the standard check-in time of 15:00.” But we obviously would have chosen to have the room for the day we actually needed it rather than be charged for a day we were never even in the country! I’m understanding it’s a package holiday and stuff like that but the rudeness we received was not acceptable. Again all bar staff, restaurant staff and spa staff was the most lovely people to interact with and the credit goes to them for what made my holiday worthwhile x

On first glance, this hotel seemed beautiful. However, lots of issues do seem to let it down. Positives: Staff are incredible - particularly bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff. They cannot do enough for you and they truly go out of their way to make your stay more personable. Beach is lovely - minimal stones, soft sand, beautifully blue water. Rooms - spacious and very comfortable. Beds are enormous! Air conditioning was very efficient and quiet, making our room really comfortable whenever it was too hot outside. Areas for improvement: Swim-up room consistency. We paid an extra £400+ for a swim-up room with an inland view. We found out on the first day that “inland” meant “facing a wall”. Also, our terrace was shaded for all but two hours in the day - which wasn’t a continuous 2 hours due to it being in a corner and the position of the sun above the walls. Meanwhile, other guests who had paid the same were allocated swim-up rooms that were in the sun from early morning until 4ish. This was only half of the swim-up pool view rooms, I might add, as the other half were in the shade all day up until around 4. Many guests were requesting to change rooms because of this. Pool cleanliness - the pools were definitely not clean. The filters weren’t working properly as there was no obvious suction. This meant that surface dirt (leaves, sun cream, dead insects) just sat there for days on end. This left a greasy film on the surface and destroyed most of our swimwear and towels with a yellow-green residue. Other reviews have mentioned this also. Beach cleanliness - the beaches, though beautiful, were not cleaned much beyond dusting off the loungers. Cigarette stumps, straws, bits of food were all left in the sand between loungers, meaning that there was often an abundance of ants. Restaurant - every morning I would order tea and would be brought a teapot with a broken spout or rim or both. Literally exposed sharp edges that were a potential hazard. Also, the food options were very “samey” and we found a lack of options for anyone who doesn’t eat pork. There were other issues as well but I believe these to be specific to individuals rather than how the hotel is run as a whole. All in all we did make the most of our holiday though we both agree that we would not return. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
