Matina was really good and respectful! It was a really good experience

I’ll start on a positive note, the staff here in the main are lovely. This is definitely not a five star hotel. Four at a push, realistically three star. The main pool area is style over substance and is basically filthy looking pools with scum marks around the waterline. Decor is tired throughout and the corridors feel like a prison with their metal fire escape doors. Staff are all in differing degrees of TUI uniform but wear trainers and sports shorts of varying brands. There is no uniformity or smartness you would expect in a an alleged five star hotel. If you want a sun lounger either by the pool or on the beach you need to set your alarm for before 7am! There is a little sun lounger graveyard to the side of the hotel which is nothing short appalling with its broken loungers and umbrellas. This hotel boasts a beautiful à la carte restaurant by the beach at night. Certainly the view is lovely however it is marketed to be so much more than it is. For anyone used to genuine five star hotels, I highly recommend you book elsewhere. For those wanting a three or four star all inclusive there are much much cheaper options in Tsilivi. Perhaps the biggest indicator this is not a five star though was the DJ banging out “it’s coming home” from Baddiel and Skinner. Classy it is not, five star it is not. I will not be returning.

Arrived home yesterday, instead of Thursday, due to incident at Airport. This was our third visit, all the staff are so friendly and work very hard, especially Franco he runs everywhere, and hardly spills and drinks. What was a little disappointing the bathroom (room 229) it is still awaiting a coat of paint lots of marks on wall where they have been wiped over. Like this for the last three years, while the maintenance man is painting marks along the corridor, could he just pop in and do the bathroom. In general we love the location and food, but I think the owners need to inject some money in areas,

The spa was amazing. I had a massage and a facial with Anna. She was really good. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

We have had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the food is outstanding, and every member of staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the couples' spa massage. It was one of the most relaxing experiences we've ever had. A huge thank you to Anna and Matina, who were both exceptional—professional, gentle, and made us feel completely relaxed from start to finish. If you're staying here, do yourself a favour and book a spa treatment. You won't regret it! We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning.
