Very helpful staff ,food was good , a nice selection room was a family room which was fine ,not fancy but all we needed. Kids enjoyed the entertainment, so they were happy , enjoyed it our 3rd time here so yes all good

Room - ok but needs lots of finishing touches to improve. Not one drawer to store anything. Bed is king size , quilt was double size and didn’t fit into the cover. Shower was missing a trim which let the bathroom flood but was fixed by hotel quickly. Cleaning was hit in miss bed not made no clean towels. Was on ground floor right outside the pool and there was no net curtain to give privacy Hotel - bar and restaurant staff great very friendly. Food was very good and had a great variety at all meal times. Wine was quite nice - cocktails poor. Snack bar had a good variety and had quick service. Hotel was kept very clean but the buildings should have identifying letters. Entertainment- quite good shows but the staff should try to mix up the children’s section- they provided the same things every night

The first night we arrived were given a very run down room in the basement that hasn’t even been cleaned properly. The noice from entertainment/bar area just outside the window was so excessive it was impossible to communicate inside the room. Hotel advised that no other rooms were available that night but in the morning we were relocated to another room resembling photos on TUI website. Despite a bit of a shock on arrival and rough start to our holiday, we had a lovely time at TUI Suneo Admiral. Food was good and varied, room, pool and dining areas clean and tidy, but most of all, staff are very pleasant, welcoming and always happy to help. Bar/entertainment area was a little disappointing due to being very loud and large number of smoking/drunk guests in small space surrounded by buildings. We did however enjoy the smaller pool/family area (pictured).

Arrived after 9pm and though the dining room was closed, food had been kept for us. There was only one man on reception trying to take people to the dining room, check them in, take tourist tax payments and show people to their room. I do wonder how Tui came up with the 4T rating for this hotel as our room was Travel Lodge style basic in many ways such as decor and no closed wardrobe or drawers for clothes. The bathroom was grotty with moldy areas and a totally useless shower screen next to the ceiling mounted shower so good luck keeping your hair dry ladies. The finish in the bathroom is shocking!!! And whoever thought it was a good idea to have the towel rail above the toilet instead of by the bath where you need it? Gross for one thing but also totally impractical!!! However, our room did have a very good hair dryer, mini fridge, safe and kettle with tea, coffee and a bottle of water. My biggest issue with the room is there is no privacy net curtain even though there is a dual rail for it, so in the day, you have to keep your main curtain closed. This made the room very dark but it was our only option as being on the ground floor, people had sunbeds positioned within a couple of feet beside our outside seating area which also wasn’t great if they’re smokers. I was also surprised to see basic hygiene standards haven’t been followed as there are no mattress or pillow protection. The drinks are reasonable and the food has been generally very good with a lot of choice but for families with young children who wake early or for those taking excursions, the dining room doesn’t open for breakfast until 7.30 and people are hanging about the reception area waiting for the doors to open. This is a very relaxed style hotel so ladies, unless you really want them, maybe leave your fancy evening attire at home. The hotel’s entertainment isn’t much to write home about and if you appreciate an early night, stay clear of blocks around the main pool area as they are by the outside entertainment area and some nights, it goes on until 11pm and it’s very loud! Unfortunately there are the usual sun bed grabbers early in the morning and then beds left empty for long periods but we preferred the beach which is a few minutes walk and you can take a cut by the quiet pool. Check out from the rooms is 11am but you can use the hotel until you leave. There is a luggage room to store your cases and there are showers to use, although no hairdryers for the ladies. If you want a late checkout and hopefully keep your own room, I’d request it early as availability is limited. For a last minute cheap deal we were happy enough here and we had a rental car so were out most days. But I’m not sure I’d be happy paying a lot more. The hotel is directly under the flight path so depending on the approach and take off routes, we had plane noise from just after 6am throughout the day. I’d say the hotel is geared to young families so if you want a relaxing and quiet break, maybe this wouldn’t be my first choice.

Amazing location and staff in this hotel , had a fantastic 10 day holiday , food was plentiful and varied , everywhere cleaned all day long and every member of staff are so welcoming and friendly , Tamara will welcome you to dining room at ever meal and always asks if food was good , had we enjoyed our meal Located 5 minutes walk fr beach if that and has some lovely bars etc within few minutes walk , busier area about twenty minutes walk
