TUI SUNEO Tsilivi Admiral

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights at the end of June and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We genuinely couldn't fault the hotel and would happily return. Having stayed three times at the sister hotel across the road, which has now become very expensive, we actually found this hotel to be superior in many ways. The food, pools, staff, and overall atmosphere were all excellent. We stayed in a family room with sliding doors, which was spacious and well laid out. There was plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, four comfortable beds, and a large balcony overlooking the smaller pool. The food was very good, with plenty of choice. Although we enjoyed many meals at the hotel, Tsilivi has so many fantastic restaurants that we couldn't resist eating out several times. The rosé wine served with meals was perfectly drinkable, and the lager was also good. The snack bar offered a nice variety of food from lunchtime onwards. My only criticism would be the older lady working there, who never seemed to smile or say thank you. At times, I felt like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. This stood in stark contrast to the wonderful reception team, who were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, as well as Tamara in Guest Relations, who was excellent throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was the abundance of sunbeds. There was no need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve one, as there were always plenty available throughout the day. It made for a much more relaxing The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and conveniently located—just a 10-minute walk to both Tsilivi town and the beach. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back

We went for a week, upon arrival despite it being late, the staff member on the front desk was very welcoming, and friendly within 5 minits of arriving with all our cases he even bought us a plate of food and drinks despite the hotel restaurant being closed. Which we was very appreciative of after a long time travelling etc without a drink or anything to eat . 😊 x and he helped with our luggage to our room. The room itself was really really nice clean. Tidy, and well presented. With a balcony etc, and literally a pool right outside which was fantastic. The food served daily in the hotel was just absolutely delicious, fresh with a wide variety. Definitely one of the many things ill miss since coming home! 😋 and the staff at the hotel couldn't do enough or be more kind everyone was just so lovely! And so accommodating 🫶 x evening entertainment in the hotel was also absolutely brilliant and always something different every evening. All in all if visiting tsvilli greece i highly recommend suneo hotel, great atmosphere, such friendly staff,clean and very tidy, food 10 out of 10, hotel pools ( 3 in total if I remember) all brilliant, hotel entertainment fantastic, thank you suneo and all the staff that made our stay in greece so enjoyable and relaxing 🥰🫶🫶🫶 x and we hope to visit again soon! X

We loved this hotel. Pool was full of floats for the kids and pool entertainment was 10/10 everyday. We didn’t see much of the evening entertainment because we’re a family that goes out to bars but from what we did see it was good. The all inclusive drinks were tasty and a good variety, food was a good range with pizza’s & ice cream every night which the kids loved! Our room was lovely and spacious enough with a balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned everyday to a high standard. The location is great as you can walk one way to get to the bars, restaurants and shops and the other way to the beach which takes only a few minutes. Overall a great place to go, especially with children. All staff made efforts to speak and nothing was too much to ask.

I travelled with my partner on a package holiday with TUI, we wanted to try something different and we chose Zante and the resort of Tsilivi. On arrival at the airport after going through passport control and collecting our bags we got in a taxi to take us to the admiral. After around 15 minutes we arrived at the hotel and once we got our bags and entered the reception area, we were greeted by members of staff. We were checked in swiftly by a female on reception and we were given our all inclusive wristbands and information on the hotel. We paid the tourist tax which was 100 Euro for the stay.. The staff member came from behind the desk and helped us with our luggage and showed us personally to our room. Our room was on the ground floor of C Block and had a view of the quieter kids pool, The bathroom was very clean and had a shower over the bath with a partial screen. There was a small window for ventilation above the bath. The room itself was spacious and looked to have been recently refurbished. The two wardrobes next to the main door looked new, and there was a mini fridge with a kettle to make a hot drink. The safe was free and located in the wardrobe. There was a single bed with a small couch in one part of the room and there was a partition followed by a double bed with a large tv mounted on the wall opposite. The patio door led to a terrace to sit outside but there was a lack of privacy as strangers lying on sunbeds are feet from you, so had to keep the curtains closed. The room was fully air conditioned which was a bonus on a hot June day. After unpacking we headed to the pool bar for a snack and a drink, we looked at the drinks menu and there is an extensive list of drinks to choose from, vodka, gin, brandy, rum, whisky with mixers, a wide variety of cocktails. There are self serve machines to help yourself to soft drinks or water and also coffee machines if you wanted a hot drink. The snack bar offered a wide variety of food to chose from there was a daily menu provided with burgers, hot dogs, fish finger sandwiches available and cooked to order, there was also something if you had a sweet tooth. The all inclusive drinks were very drinkable and of good quality except the cola. On our first experience of the restaurant for dinner we were greeted by Tamara at the door, she is a lovely friendly person, she explained about the restaurant layout. The restaurant looked to have had a recent refurbishment as the furniture and fittings looked new. For drinks you can go to the bar for wine and beer or use the self serve machines for soft drinks or water. The buffet offered soup as a starter with bread or there was a salad bar with the usual ingredients. The hot food offered a choice of pizzas, pastas, show cooking from the chef and a variety of meat and vegetable dishes. For pudding there was a choice of ice cream, cakes and Greek pastries, there was also a fruit bar for a healthier option. We found the food choice during our stay to be very good and changed every day for lunch and dinner, there was always something you could have even if your a fussy eater. The breakfast buffet was extensive, the usual cornflakes, fruit selection and Greek yoghurt or the full English with bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, mushrooms and choice of fried, poached, scrambled egg or omelette. All plates are taken away quickly and tables cleaned quickly for the next diners. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and was cleaned after each meal ended. The entertainment in the hotel is held outside at the main bar on the stage, some nights were better than others, there is a Michael Jackson tribute, live music from a South African trio, quizzes, Greek nights. All inclusive bar service until midnight so no long queues for the bar. The location of the hotel is in the Planos area of Tsilivi, shops, bars and restaurants are on the hotels doorstep. Bouka beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, you can use the hotels back entrance past G block and follow the road. This is a small beach but there are lovely tavernas overlooking the sea if in need of a cool down drink. If you wanted to go to Tsilivi centre it is around a 25 minute walk uphill from the hotel. The wooden bus stop is a few minutes walk uphill from the hotel, from here you can get the bus into Zante town, costs 2 Euro 20 for a single and takes about 15 minutes, the buses can get busy though as they run few and far between. The bus drops you off in the main square of Zante town and you get the bus here to go back after exploring. There is a tourist train near the bus stop which takes you around Zante town or you can go to the resort of Argasi on it for 7 Euros. Going to other resorts by bus was complicated as you had to change at Zante town bus station meaning planning for a connecting bus and juggling times for tsilivi. We hired a quad bike for 40 Euros for the day and found this was an effective way to explore Zante, we explored Argasi, Laganas and Kalamaki by quad. We did some excursions during our stay, the taste of Zante tour involved exploring the mountain villages of Zante, visiting the olive oil factory, an old churchyard and ended with a boat trip to see the blue caves. It was an interesting day. We did the boat trip from Laganas to see the loggerhead turtles and the Keri caves before landing on turtle island. We were fortunate to see a loggerhead turtle swim close to the boat. On the majority of evenings we went to the Kaliva pub behind the hotel, there were tribute acts on frequently during the week, the two Irish girls who did the Motown and Abba shows were great and got the crowd going. On other nights there was an Elvis tribute and a Phil Collins and Genesis tribute. Yanni the bar owner is very friendly and welcoming and gives you free shots. Live sport is shown in the bar and the staff will put it on the TV for you. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the admiral in Zante and will certainly return, the bar staff, waiting and reception staff were all friendly and welcoming. As we were leaving Tamara followed us out the hotel to say her goodbyes, she did not want us to leave. The cleanliness of the hotel is spotless, all public and pool areas are kept clean, the room kept clean. We would have given the hotel a 5 star review had it not been for the following minor issues, there was no freezer with ice next to the self serve drinks machines which meant the draught juice could be too warm to drink. A little lack of privacy in the ground floor rooms so had to keep curtains closed. Only one communal toilet in reception area and a queue could form quickly Also took a few days to get towels changed at first but we will be back.

Very helpful staff ,food was good , a nice selection room was a family room which was fine ,not fancy but all we needed. Kids enjoyed the entertainment, so they were happy , enjoyed it our 3rd time here so yes all good
