Very nice stay, will be back great for family

Very extraordinary hotel and enjoyed fully during our stay. Staff excellent and food awesome and luxury five star plus hotel.

Accommodation We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The room itself was excellent, with one of the best showers I’ve experienced and a toilet with a built-in bidet, which was a great added touch. The mattress was quite firm — fine for a couple of nights, but my wife did struggle to sleep on it. After we mentioned this to staff, they immediately replaced the mattress without any hassle, which really highlighted the excellent service. Some areas of the resort are beginning to show their age. We stayed in Building 1, which was still very comfortable, but certain parts of the building felt a little dated. Building 2 may be a little more dated. Being on holidays it did not bother us. Food The food throughout the resort was absolutely outstanding and consistently high quality. Every restaurant offered something different, and we genuinely couldn’t fault the dining experience. The Indian restaurant, in particular, served some of the best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. The main pool restaurant was also excellent, and each venue had its own distinct atmosphere and menu, making it well worth trying them all during the stay. Dining at the Beach Club and Grill facing the ocean was great. Breakfast for me was a bit average compared to when I stayed at the Grand Mirage which was the best. Drinks This was probably the only real disappointment of the holiday. While the spirits are presented in well-known branded bottles, they did seem noticeably watered down. I understand the need for resorts to manage costs, but this did take away slightly from the all-inclusive experience. That said, others may have a different view, so it may be worth judging for yourself. Staff The staff were absolutely first class. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Overall We had a fantastic holiday. The outstanding food and exceptional staff really made the experience, and we would happily return in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Family Holiday We’ll Never Forget We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Ayodya Resort Bali, and I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough. We travelled as a group of 17 family members across multiple generations, which could easily have been overwhelming, but the staff made everything feel effortless. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, we were treated with such warmth, kindness and genuine Balinese hospitality that we felt completely at home. One person who deserves very special recognition is Putra in the breakfast restaurant. Every single morning he greeted us with the biggest smile, remembered how I liked my coffee before I even asked, and somehow made time for every guest despite how incredibly busy breakfast service was. His attention to detail and genuine care made such an impression on our whole family. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Gustu, who cared for our room during our stay. The room was always spotless, and he made our children feel so special with his thoughtful touches. We’d also like to acknowledge the lovely staff member who looked after us while Gustu was enjoying his well-earned days off. The consistency of service was exceptional. The resort itself has a lovely atmosphere. It’s clearly a favourite with families, but despite the activity, it somehow feels peaceful at the same time. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are fantastic, and there are plenty of places to relax. We all commented on how quickly we were able to switch off from everyday life the moment we arrived. Yes, there are a few areas of the resort that are beginning to show their age, but they are immaculately maintained and full of character. It certainly didn’t impact our enjoyment of the resort in any way. The food throughout our stay was excellent. Every dining venue offered something different, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. If you’re staying here, don’t miss the Balinese Dinner experience. It was one of the highlights of our trip and such a wonderful way to experience the local culture, food and entertainment. What really sets Ayodya apart, though, is its people. Every interaction was met with genuine smiles, warmth and a willingness to help. It never felt forced—it felt sincere. To the entire Ayodya team, thank you for making our family holiday so incredibly special. You created memories that we’ll treasure for years to come. We left feeling refreshed, grateful and already talking about when we’ll return. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful experience once again at Ayodya Resort—we also stayed here last year. We visited as a family of five with children aged 16, 14, and 10, and had another fantastic stay. A special mention goes to Duty Manager Geeta, who provided exceptional assistance at the end of our stay. Her kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We will definitely be returning to Ayodya Resort and look forward to staying again.
