Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort

This was our 3rd stay at Courtyard and again we were not disappointed. The staff, from the front desk, pool guys, housekeeping, gardening and breakfast staff were all amazing. It is without a doubt the best service we have ever had in a resort. The grounds are perfection, the pools and rooms so clean and the buffet breakfast is great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Special mention to Ari for keeping our room serviced. Thankyou all so much

I have actually stayed here a number of times without any issue. But my last month stay was not the Courtyard standard I had expected. We stayed there for 2 nights. The disappointment started on the second night. First, the housekeeping forgot to replace the coffee and tea supplies in the room when he did the cleaning. On the next day, one of the housekeeper burst into our room even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on, and my wife was not properly dressed. I don't know how a world class hotel could train their staffs so poorly?

We had such an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort and honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars! We arrived at the hotel very late at night, but Yoga from the Front Office welcomed us so warmly with genuine smiles and patience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable straight away after a long journey. The next morning at breakfast, beautiful Tasha came over to find us personally and kindly asked if she could arrange a birthday cake for my daughter that day. Such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. When we returned to our room, we were surprised with so many sweet amenities and lovely cakes for the kids, along with a handwritten card from Front Office Manager Cindy. Our children were absolutely over the moon and loved every little treat! We honestly cannot thank the team enough for the best customer service we have received in a long time. Every staff member was so friendly, helpful, always smiling, and quick to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to the amazing housekeeping team — Gede Agus, Bagia, and Aron — for keeping our room spotless, clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic with so many delicious and varied options every morning. The breakfast team were incredibly accommodating and friendly as well. Huge appreciation again to Yoga and Tasha for following up on every little detail to ensure our stay was truly special and memorable. Thank you all for making our family holiday and my daughter’s birthday so wonderful. We will definitely come back again!

We had a really enjoyable and amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort. Even before our arrival, the reservation team reached out via email to warmly welcome our stay, which already made us feel well taken care of. We also had very pleasant digital interactions with Tasya Amelia, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Ning at the front desk. She patiently ran through all the details of our stay, making everything clear and comfortable for us. To our surprise, Tasya personally came by to say hi and escorted us to our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. As we were celebrating our anniversary, housekeeping beautifully decorated our room and even created a lovely mirror painting for us. F&B also prepared a fresh coconut and a tasty strawberry cake, which made the celebration even more special and memorable. We had dinner at Dapur Santai and thoroughly enjoyed the meals served. My husband especially loved the gnocchi — it was his first time trying it and he truly enjoyed it. Another small gesture we truly appreciated was from the beach attendant, who kindly allowed us to board the shuttle back to the hotel even though it was occupied with towels and supplies. It may seem simple, but it reflected the team’s genuine care and hospitality. What stood out the most during our stay was the hospitality of all the staff we encountered — from the concierge, front desk, F&B team, pool attendants, and beach attendants. Everyone was genuinely friendly, warm, and always smiling. The only small disappointment was that we were unable to join the hotel activities due to our external plans, but that simply gives us another reason to come back again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary stay so memorable!

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort felt like coming home. Arriving from Australia, I immediately felt relaxed and welcomed. Every day, the staff treated me like a VIP, remembering my name and always offering thoughtful gestures. Even housekeeping left a sweet note that truly brightened my stay. The resort is spotless, the pool is easy to access, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. The breakfast was exceptional, honestly better than some famous luxury hotels I’ve stayed at, and it genuinely warmed my heart. A sincere thank you to the General Manager, duty managers, and every staff member for making this stay unforgettable. I’ve already extended my stay and know I will definitely return again.
