Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. My sincere appreciation to Mellya from the Reservations team for handling all of my pre-arrival requests so thoughtfully and ensuring everything was well arranged before our arrival. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Yoga, whose friendly and professional manner immediately made us feel at ease. Ardana was also incredibly attentive and approachable while assisting us with the pool activities, which made our time there even more enjoyable. During dinner, Tika and the team provided excellent service and made the evening very pleasant. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Tasya and Ratna from the GRO team for the beautiful room decoration, as well as to the Housekeeping team for preparing the room so wonderfully, such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay with my family so memorable while celebrating my 25th birthday. The genuine hospitality we experienced truly made our time here unforgettable. I look forward to returning in the future.

What a lovely hotel Staff amazing , pool lovely with so many sun loungers Would definitely recommend

Had an amazing couple of weeks at the Courtyard in Nusa Dua. A large and busy hotel but still felt personal. The rooms are spacious and the 2 pools are massive. The hotel has plenty dining options and the happy hour at the pool bar is perfect to unwind. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a perfect location for eating out in the evenings - the Bali collection is a 10 minute walk and the hotel offers a shuttle service. Directly outside the back entrance of the hotel is a street with several restaurants and a supermarket. Overall a good choice of hotel for a chilled out stay in Nusa Dua.

Our stay at Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua was genuinely enjoyable, especially for families like ours looking for a relaxed and well‑run resort experience. The pools are a standout feature—beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for both lounging and swimming. The kids club is excellent, offering engaging activities, friendly staff, and a safe environment that kept children entertained for hours. It’s one of the stronger kids club experiences in this price range. The resort’s location is another major plus, with easy access to local shops, cafés, and grocery stores, making it convenient to pick up essentials or explore the neighbourhood on foot. Breakfast each morning was a pleasant experience, with a large buffet selection, plenty of fresh foods, and enough variety to keep things interesting throughout the stay. There are, however, a few areas where improvements would make a noticeable difference. The first‑floor rooms are extremely noisy, largely due to the way all the doors slam shut, creating loud echoes through the corridors. Light sleepers like us may want to request a higher floor. The pool towels are also in serious need of replacement—once white and blue, they now appear brownish and worn, which detracts from the otherwise polished pool experience. Despite these issues, Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua delivers a warm, comfortable, and family‑friendly stay with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. With a few updates, it could easily become one of the top mid‑range resorts in Nusa Dua.
