Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

We had a wonderful family holiday at Grand Mirage Resort. 👍 The E-Concierge team was fantastic. We had several questions and booking changes before our stay, and every request was handled quickly and professionally. It made the whole process stress-free. 👍 The best part of our stay was the staff. Every staff member greeted us with a smile whenever we walked by, which made our whole family feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed throughout our holiday. 👍 The pool area was one of the highlights for our children. The pools were clean and well maintained. 👍 We were also impressed that the staff regularly collected used towels and replaced them with fresh ones throughout the day. This small but thoughtful service made the pool experience even more enjoyable. 👍 We also enjoyed dining at the restaurants during our stay. All the food we tried was satisfying, and our family had a great experience with the meals. There were a few minor areas for improvement. 😐 The breakfast offered plenty of choices, but the overall quality was a little below our expectations. 😐 The taste and quality of some cold drinks such as smoothies, shakes, and mocktails could be improved. 🤔 One family member felt the bedding was slightly damp, although it wasn't enough to affect our stay. 🤔 The shower water pressure was also weaker than we're used to in Korea. Overall, these were only minor issues. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this resort to families visiting Bali.

We had a weeks stay at Grand Mirage Nusa Dua and had the absolute best time! The facilities are next level, my 2 year old loved all the pools, slides and kids club. Everyday there is gorgeous activities to do. Everywhere is very clean and the choice of food at all the restaurants was stunning!

Excellent resort, very kid friendly and great staff

After reading so many good reviews, we finally decided to stay at Grand Mirage. We wanted somewhere we could relax, and the lazy river quickly became our daily routine. We also spent lots of time by the beach just enjoying the view. The staff were lovely, the resort was well looked after, and everything felt easy and comfortable. We'd happily stay here again.

We just had an amazing 5-day stay at Grand Mirage with our big family (10 of us), and everything was fantastic, it's close enough to shopping center at Bali Collection, and they provide free shuttle. We chose the All-Inclusive package, and it was definitely worth it. The food was always good, with so many options every day. We loved the breakfast, and the themed dinner every night was so much fun with great food and entertainment. Our favorite restaurant was definitely Jukung Restaurant. This wasn't our first stay, and this time we came back with our big family because we knew everyone, especially the kids, would love it, specially they have a new room with modern style and the lazy river. during stay we put our kids whole day at the kids club and they had so much fun joining all the activities. The Kids Club staff were so friendly, caring, and patient with the children. so the parents can relax at next building. We also booked 3 nannies for our 4 kids, and they were amazing! They were so sweet, helpful, and took great care of the kids, so we could actually relax and enjoy our holiday. OH we also met Robbo during the fish feeding and our kids very happy on that day. A big thank you to all the staff around the resort. Everyone was always smiling, welcoming, and happy to help. They really made us feel at home. We had such a wonderful family holiday, and we're already talking about coming back again. If you're traveling with kids or a big family, I really recommend Grand Mirage!
