Had an amazing time in Bali and stayed at the Grand Mirage for part of the time. The hotel is amazing. The staff are all so friendly, polite and helpful. @wira Adi checked us in and we upgraded our room to ocean view. He then went out of his way to make our stay memorable. We were there for our friends 60th birthday. He organised a surprise birthday breakfast for her. We had a specially decorated table and all the staff brought a cake whilst singing happy birthday to her. She was completely surprised and embarrassed. He also advised on trips, places to go etc. the hotel itself was absolutely lovely restaurants had great food, bars, pools, beach all fabulous with staff who were always ready to help. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Amazing resort. Been here 4 times in under 2 years and can’t wait to get back. We have stayed at several other resorts in Bali but we keep returning here because of the layout of the resort, but most importantly the wonderful staff. A HUGE call-out to Dana, Bawa and Preddy as they are the most amazing people I have ever met. Always remember your name and what you drink and always up for a friendly chat. ( our Bali brothers). You will also find the General Manager Fabian walking around the resort checking that the Resort is meeting its guest expectations. 10 out of 10 from me

5 we headed over to the grand mirage for a week as a all inclusive. It’s probably the best holiday we have ever had. We had the best Service anywhere we have ever been particularly Dewa in the grand cafe. He was amazing.
