Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

The hotel’s location near the beach was excellent. The property was beautiful and featured a large swimming pool. The rooms were excellent and truly value for money. We especially loved the food, particularly the Indian cuisine prepared by Chef Negi, which was absolutely delicious.

2nd time we have been here and love it so much, great for the kids, amazing holiday for us parents and cant fault service, people and the facilities. All inclusive is amazing. Huge shout out to beautiful Neka from kids club, Kevin from concierge and Surya from pool waitstaff. I also lost my wedding bands and the service, security and the way they handled the whole thing was amazing can't thank them enough. Found in the end. Brilliant

My fiancée and I came here for our engagement trip, as our first time leaving the US. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived! The staff were extremely thoughtful and friendly. Agus left adorable towel animals in our room everyday, and Darmika drove us to the airport safely when it was time to leave. There were more activities than we had time for, and the hotel itself was gorgeous! We will definitely be coming back in the future, and bringing our family!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pools for families and adult area pool too. There was a huge variety of food available to accommodate all tastes. The entertainment in the evenings was great and included the Hindu Fire Dance! A special mention about the saxophone player. He was awesome! Would love to see him again. Also a special mention for Widia and Dewa in the Grand Cafe. They both made us feel very welcome, like we were part of the family. They are both lovely people. Thank you very much!!

We had a great holiday. Upon booking I notified the resort that I am Coeliac and required gluten free food. I received a response to confirm that they would carte. We arrived on Saturday 16 May 2026. At check in I informed that I am Coeliac and the staff member made a note on the system against our room number. We went to the Jukung Seafood Grill. The menu is clearly marked with the gluten free options. I ordered the spegetti scolio with vongole and it was delicious. The next morning we ventured off to breakfast at the Grand Cafe which is a buffet breakfast. Walked around their were signs with what the food was but no mention if it was gluten free or not. Eg a sign GF. I asked one of the waiters she quickly went to get one of the managers. The manager Arisanti came out informed me she would go and get the head chef. He came out and he walked me around the buffet and pointed out what was gluten free and what was not. I then informed him this was not good enough. They should have signs so people can see what they can eat . He informed me that this matter would be rectified asap. This was done by lunch time which was great. The only problem with the Grand Cafe is that they cook the rice gluten free noodles and pasta in the same water. I mentioned this to Arisanti and she made sure that my food was safe. The Chop Stick chinese restaurant is pathetic. They have no idea. I showed my Indonesian card to the waiter then the Chef. I wanted the ribs he said they came already marinated. If you want them I can wash them and re cook them . At this point we just left. The next day I informed the head chef and he was shocked. The Grand Cafe at night had a menu and they were all labeled and the food was great. The Indonesian Fire show was good but the buffet again no signs. So frustrating. The staff are great they knew me and they went above and beyond so I could have great food. Overall a good holiday, You need to improve on signs and food preparation in the Grand Cafe buffett area. Coeliac is a serious thing.
