Having stayed in Nusa Dua in 2025 at the Grand Hyatt, we decided to do a full week stay at one resort and go all-inclusive for five of the 7 days. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are truly super friendly and helpful. POOLS - there are two different areas of the hotel. Main area where the grand cafe is (where you have breakfast), the pool is great and has a swim up bar. Adult activities are in this pool (volleyball, yoga). Upstairs is the adult only infinity pool. You then can walk beachside, or at the front of the hotel to get to the family paradise area, sep part of the hotel. You can also get a free golf cart from reception. The family paradise area has the best pool menu for lunch. Music and kids activities and a waterslide. I would recommend booking this area if you have kids under 7. Mermaid Class is recommended for your child if they want to swim like a mermaid, in the family paradise pool. NOTE: book your child asap as they form groups based on when you book your child in and they go by group, group 1 first etc whilst the other groups wait, they do get free fairy floss. Lazy River - really a fun way to spend time chilling out. Food menu limited so suggest having breakfast or lunch at cafe or family pool first - they have some snacks a chocolate cake is divine! RESTAURANTS Grand cafe is main cafe for breakfast, they do a good lunch near the main pool. Chopstick Chinese restaurant is probably the worst food ever tasted in Bali!! Not traditional Chinese at all, bad cuts of meat and small servings. Set menu also for all-inclusive guests. Wouldn’t recommend. Jukung Grill in main building has a great Menu and delish food/desserts. Sit outside facing the water and the lanterns and lights make for a lovely dinner and evening. Cocktails are good on the all-inclusive some might seem watered down but still enjoyable.
Had a fantastic stay, staff so friendly. Our driver Satya took us to the airport. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great place to stay with the family had all the facilities needed
Grand mirage is an amazing resort. Great food, facilities, entertainment and the staff are awesome. Big shout out to our driver Satya!
Had a great time at Grand Mirage and will come back again. Facilities were clean and the kids loved the lazy river and pools. Odi and Darmika provided great pick up and drop off service and were very friendly. All the staff were great and always had a smile.
