Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

We would like to thank the staff of the Grand Mirage for allowing our family to have a wonderful holiday experience. We were very impressed with the wonderfully maintained grounds (thank you to all the staff who work so hard in making the resort beautiful), facilities (we especially loved the lazy river and numerous pools) along with the activities for children and adults alike. There are so many wonderful activities including cooking classes, cocktail classes, yoga, water aerobics, catamaran rides, rock climbing, movie nights along with the wonderful kids club facilities. The meal and entertainment at the Rama Live venue are also wonderful. We enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast which could be enjoyed across two venues. Our special thanks to the generous, kind and humble staff who are so accommodating and genuinely love interacting with guests. Special thanks to Manta and Handa who ran many of the activities and water sports; along with their colleagues. Our thanks to Yuri from the kids club who was so genuine and caring and loved playing with the kids. Concierge / drivers including Satya, Wahyu, Ridho and Wardana - they were all so kind, remembered us throughout our stay and loved engaging in wonderful conversation with us. We thank the wonderful, hard working house keeping team, including Arya and Sudarianta, who made up our room so beautifully with wonderful attention to detail. The staff work so hard to ensure that we are having a wonderful holiday. Thank you to all the staff who really made the trip!

Really enjoyed our wonderful stay in this Amazing Property. My Kid loves a lot infact as multiple activities are scheduled for every day, So doesn't feel like leaving Property even for half an hour. Moreover Multiple Pool Experience with Water Slides is like "Cherry on Cake". Infact Sea Activities (Motorised and Non-Motorised) can be enjoyed from the Property itself.

I spent the last six days at the grand Mirage and it was absolutely faultless. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The food at all the restaurants and room service was simply amazing. I couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much.
