Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

Had the best time at the resort, room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did an amazing job when needed. Would also like to thank Darma from concierge, so friendly and informative about things to do. We will be back.

The resort is amazing, with my family had a great time, top level of customer service, the stuff is very positive and always ready to help. We used the babysiter service and we were very happy from Neka. She was constantly keeping us updated about our son, sending us photos, she was very kind and nice with him. We would strongly recommend Grand Mirage resort and Neka as a babysiter.

Great experience and great bar staff who looked after us. Putu Kartika is a great guy and knows how to look after the guests!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Mirage, the service is amazing and they are very attention to details, the rooms are clean and designed so well for family. There is a delighted building for the kids, where they can play, swim and stay. Neka from kids club can remember our kids name though they only met briefly the first day, and we went to the teens room the next day, and she called our kids correctly! She is also very friendly and awesome with kids, my daughter normally takes a while to warm up and she got close with Neka quickly. Highly recommended this hotel! Close to everything and with decent price too.

Travelled to Bali firstly in Jan 2026 and had such a fabulous time we went back in April because we had such a fabulous time! Staff are amazing, special shout out to Widia in the main restaurant whose service always went above and beyond, Dharma and Asta in the pool bar, you were always smiling and ready to help. On our return in April, Dharma and Asta remembered my husband straight away and even remembered his order. Thank you for making our time at the Grand Mirage the best!
