Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso

Our stay at The Grand Mirage Resort was wonderful. We travelled in a group of 10 people. The staff were wonderful, with every request being met with professionalism, kindness and hospitality. The amenities were clean and the servicing of our rooms was daily. The restaurants and bars offered variety and beautiful food, that there was no need to eat out of you dont want to. The variety of pools and activities, kept the whole family engaged and entertained during our stay. We would not hesitate to return.

Look! this is the place where you can spend a wonderful vacation! Large rooms, as well as the bathroom, cleanliness, kind and respectful staff. From the hotel you can reach the beach directly to the ocean; varied and very tasty breakfast.. Pleasant atmosphere for children. Every evening there is a show, or live music. It is very difficult to describe in words how beautiful it is, that's why you have to come to see and feel the atmosphere from Bali.

Rooms were quite spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a really nice stay at this lovely resort, though its massive size meant it lacked the personal feel we’ve experienced at smaller properties. The facilities are great, and the kids absolutely loved the lazy river, water slide, and splash area. However, because the resort is so spread out, some of these areas were unfortunately located quite a distance from each other. The resort does offer golf cart transportation between them, though. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection, featuring everything from an egg and omelet station, pastries, fruit, and yogurt to sushi, Indonesian, Asian, and Indian dishes. The kids were especially thrilled with the ice cream, marshmallows, and chocolate fountain! My only critique was the noticeable presence of flies around the open fruit, yogurt, and sushi stations. Overall, it was a wonderful family holiday, and we enjoyed our stay.
