TUI BLUE Berawa Hotel and Villas

Our stay at TUI BLUE Bali was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The entire staff deserves special recognition – everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gift waiting on the bed when we arrived – such a lovely touch that made us feel at home immediately. Breakfast was outstanding every morning. There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious food, excellent coffee, and everything was of the highest quality. The breakfast team created such a warm and positive atmosphere that starting each day here was a real pleasure. The rooftop swimming pool is amazing – the perfect place to relax after exploring Canggu. The beds are extremely comfortable, and despite the hotel being located right in the heart of Canggu, the rooms are wonderfully quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location couldn't be better. It's only about a 700-meter walk to the beach, where you'll find the famous Atlas Beach Club and FINNS Beach Club, both offering unforgettable sunsets, great music, and vibrant nightlife. The hotel also offers a relaxing spa and padel facilities, making it easy to enjoy everything in one place. Whether you're looking to relax, stay active, or experience the best of Canggu, this hotel has it all. We would definitely choose TUI BLUE again and will happily recommend it to all of our friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

It was great, staff have great hospitality and are super nice

I really enjoyed my stay at Tui Blue. The vibe was relaxed and friendly. Staff were accomodating and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location is central and everything you need is within a short walk. I would say that Canggu in not the place for beach activities, as it is not very nice there, however, the pool area here in the hotel is beautiful and a greay place to relax. The weather was amazing at this time of the year!

​A complete failure across service, maintenance, and basic hygiene. Save your money and stay elsewhere. This property is nowhere near luxury standards. From check-in to checkout, it was a relentless series of service failures, hygiene issues, and dangerous operational lapses. • ​Arrival & Layout: The check-in was frustratingly slow, the lobby seating was visibly dirty, and the welcome drink lacked any effort. In our initial room, poor design put a chaise lounge directly blocking the patio sliding doors. • ​Room & Housekeeping Failure: We had no hot water in the shower and the water backing up, zero evening turndown service, and visible mold surrounding the pool. Worst of all, dirty breakfast dishes were ignored for 24 hours—housekeeping literally cleaned the villa around them, leaving yesterday's plates until the next morning. • ​Dining & Dietary Hazards: Breakfast was included in our rate, yet we were forced to pay extra. When the food arrived, it was completely substandard: cheap processed meat passed off as bacon, three sad pieces of lettuce for a "side salad," and beef sausages that looked suspiciously like pork. To top it off, staff placed gluten-free and regular toast on the same plate, demonstrating a total disregard for cross-contamination safety.
