Very clean hotel and amenities, great location and above all amazing customer service by the whole team. A special shoutout to the fabulous Sagung, who always went over and above in keeping us happy and looked after. Would definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to going to TUI Blue again. Everything is good except two things: 1-there is no sleepers 2-it was veeeeeeryyyyy noisy we cant sleep!!!since our first day it was very noisy from the room behind us and we still hearing alot of noisy and cunstroctions

I had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Berawa. Overall, everything was excellent , the hotel has a beautiful design, great atmosphere, and many enjoyable benefits during the stay. The breakfast was very varied and delicious with plenty of options every morning. Most importantly, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ningsih from the Front Office who assisted me warmly from check-in until check-out and made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bali!
