Ubud Village Hotel

We went here as part of a small group tour of Indonesia. It's located fairly near the center of the main tourist drag, and about 1 km of a somewhat hilly walk to the monkey forest. There are tons of shopping stores, convenience stores, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. While I'm not mobility-challenged, this hotel would be a poor choice for anyone needing a mobility aid. There are tons of needless steps going up and down, up and down. Most of these steps aren't marked, which could be a safety issue for those with vision impairment. Elevators are fairly small and few but functional. They have a free afternoon tea in their charming rooftop bar area, which was nice. It's located next to a noisy bar with live music open to the outdoors, so you'll need earplugs unless you're a heavy sleeper. Breakfast choices are limited. If your plan doesn't include breakfast, you might do better going to a nearby restaurant.

Excelent hotel and better team is like oasis inside UBUD. I STRONLY RECOMMENT THIS OPTION

We had a really lovely stay at Ubud Village. Fabulous staff and service, well appointed room with a gorgeous bath and private outdoor sitting area. I was able to work from the desk in our room and stable wi-fi. Pool was clean and refreshing. Great choice of restaurants onsite. Would definitely book again!
