Ubud Village Hotel

I stayed at Ubud Village Hotel in 2024 and had an amazing experience—but what truly sets this hotel apart is their exceptional customer service 🌟 After returning home, I realised I had left my ring in the room . When I first contacted the hotel, they were incredibly helpful and more than willing to arrange delivery back to me. Unfortunately, I lost contact due to an issue with my WhatsApp and assumed the ring was gone for good. Fast forward two years, I managed to get back in touch—and to my absolute surprise, they had kept my ring safe the entire time!Not only that, but they quickly arranged delivery to my home with no hassle at all 📦✈️. A special thank you to Agung Kawi , who handled everything with such care and professionalism 🙏. His effort and attention to detail truly meant a lot. On top of this, my stay at the hotel itself was fantastic 🏝️. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience were unforgettable. I genuinely cannot recommend Ubud Village Hotel enough—they go above and beyond for their guests in a way that is rare to find ❤️. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I had a wonderful stay . All the stuff is very accommodating and friendly and helpful. The restaurants are excellent. The facilities including swimming pool are great.And the location is 2nd to none given how central it is but also how luxurious it is . A special thanks to manager Agung who was so accommodating and helpful I could not say enough about that. Highly recommended.

My first visit to Bali was nothing short of spectacular, largely thanks to my stay at Ubud Village Hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it truly stands out as the best hotel I’ve ever experienced. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept throughout my stay. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and exceptional Amenities: As someone with food intolerances, I was amazed by the variety of exceptional dishes available. The hotel organized lovely evening entertainment, creating a pleasant and relaxing ambiance to wind down after a day . The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially Agung and Dewa making my stay even more enjoyable. For those in need of healing investing in a Reiki masssge, it eased so much pain. I’ll definitely be back ❣️
