BLUESEA Marieta Spa

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Food was delicious and lots of choice. Really good location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Entertainment guy was amazing, and really tried to encourage everyone to engage, and the evening acts were also really good. The only downside to this hotel was having to put deposits down for using the plastic cups around the pool, and limiting a person to 2 drinks per visit to the bar.

Location was perfect, not too noisy. In the quieter part of playa del ingles. Atmosphere in the hotel was amazing. Staff attentive. Very clean. Food amazing with lots of choices . Rooms were kept clean everyday. Roof top pool area lovely . Spa experience was great thanks to all the girls down there. Hopefully to return next year.

Fantastic stay, the hotel is spotless with a great location close to the beach and town. The food was delicious with a lot of choice everyday, something for everyone! The best part for us was the staff, the waiting staff especially they were so friendly and helpful Thank you to reception for the warm welcome and help throughout our stay, a special thank you to Africa who brightened our day! The hotel and room was clean and spotless with daily housekeeping if you wished. The food was average and nothing spectacular. We did not find the staff to be that friendly or helpful but to be fair they were very busy. The hotel lacked that upbeat holiday vibe, there was no atmosphere.

The hotel is in a good location close to the promenade and with shops close by. It is kept clean throughout and the food is of a good standard. The rose' wine on the All Inclusive was very drinkable. We found staff polite and approachable. It's set in a very small area and this became a major gripe as smokers were allowed to smoke virtually anywhere. They can smoke in front of the stage, and by the pool any side. They can smoke seemingly anywhere on the rooftop terrace. They even smoke in the rear area of the central area when the restaurant shuts and is supposed to be non smoking. There has to be compromise here and the rights of non smokers listened to. My solution would be to make the area Infront of the stage and to the rear totally non smoking and smokers to use the swimming pool area tables in the evening. Also thinking n the rooftop terrace to be given a clearly designated smoking area. I would like the hotel management to acknowledge the issues and give my thoughts consideration please, as it's a lovely hotel that could be equally attractive to smokers and non smokers alike.
