The hotel is in a good location close to the promenade and with shops close by. It is kept clean throughout and the food is of a good standard. The rose' wine on the All Inclusive was very drinkable. We found staff polite and approachable. It's set in a very small area and this became a major gripe as smokers were allowed to smoke virtually anywhere. They can smoke in front of the stage, and by the pool any side. They can smoke seemingly anywhere on the rooftop terrace. They even smoke in the rear area of the central area when the restaurant shuts and is supposed to be non smoking. There has to be compromise here and the rights of non smokers listened to. My solution would be to make the area Infront of the stage and to the rear totally non smoking and smokers to use the swimming pool area tables in the evening. Also thinking n the rooftop terrace to be given a clearly designated smoking area. I would like the hotel management to acknowledge the issues and give my thoughts consideration please, as it's a lovely hotel that could be equally attractive to smokers and non smokers alike.

Close to beach and tidy and clean hotel. Amazing views from roof terrace, with lovely mini pool on roof and good sized pool on ground floor. The area is on quieter side of playa del ingles, some nights you could hear karaoke across the town but not too loud. Air con worked well, beds were comfortable and house keepers did brilliant job tidying room. Could walk to maspalomas dunes in approx 25 mins. Easy to get bus 32 to mogan on rd outside hotel. Could do with maybe a couple more cocktail options on all inclusive or a slush? Lots of drink options but would like more cocktail options such as blue lagoon or daiquiri. All the staff were friendly and welcoming very good communication. Food was a bit repetitive but plenty of choice and entertainment good, the best was Michael jackson performer MJ by J!!

The hotel was in a perfect location, very easy to get around and always a taxi near by to venture out , there was a cute train ride across the road that did a tour , and had some nice views of the panorama. Very friendly atmosphere, staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful, I would to say the food was 10/10, get the meatballs! The roof top terrance was amazing, very chilled and lovely atmosphere, gave a nice view of the city. The room was very spacious and the balcony was perfect for a relaxed drink in the evening. Very clean and tidy , the reception smelt amazing. Good value for money, was worth every penny and very gay inclusive would deffo go back! See you soon

Overall a good adult hotel. Varied age groups. Good: clean, tidy and quiet even though we had a room facing the road. Bit of water aerobics and a bit of music daily. Bingo and a show in the evening. MJ show was fun. Bad: the aircon! Ive heard stories about aircon being off and it was true. We had 3 days of it working fine although not overly cold. But 2 of it being off and on. One night without it at all, making the room like a sauna. Not really any aircon throughout the hotel either. So take a fan. Rooms were fine. 2 beds pushed together. Pillows a bit hard. Shower had shower gel in it. We found it leaked a bit on to the floor. Cleaners worked hard to keep it clean. People moan about the €1 deposit for a cup at the bar but you get it back and it keeps the place tidy. You also need €10 deposit for a pool towel. Would be good if you could get bottles of water included in the all inclusive. Or restocking of the water bottles in the room daily. We had empty bottles and refilled them at the stations in the buffet so we had some for the room. Food was OK. Always found something to eat. Dessert selection was shocking. We ended up next door at the ice cream palour. No icecreams by the pool unless you wanted to pay. Cocktails weren't the greatest but plenty of spirits to choose from and beer was san maguiel. Roof top bar was a bit shabby. Lovely views but the plunge pool didn't seem overly clean and the sunbeds were dirty. No soap in the women's toilet. Sunbeds around the pool were a bit hit and miss. Some very worn. Pool needs a lick of paint. And only saw one person checking the levels in the whole 5 days were there. We found all the staff friendly and helpful. Location is great. Taxi to yumbo was about 5 mins and about €5. Taxi to maspalomas beach was €6. Lovely promenade walk along the beach which is located just across the road. Planned to use the gym but didnt in the end. It was located a couple of mins walk outside the front of the hotel. Supermarket next door. Was a good hotel for the budget we had but wouldn't return.
