Great location in Playa Del Ingles Adults only which is ideal Rooms are very clean and modern Purchased as a package through Jet 2 which was good value The service and staff are all excellent both bar staff and restaurant staff very friendly and attentive The food is amazing always something to eat. Even though there is nightlife nearby this didn’t disturb us. Only bits which need attention is some of the facilities in the wellness centre were not working the Turkish bath and one of the buttons for the bubbles.

Brilliant location, lovely views, rooms are a great size and the staff our amazing! Food is great couldn’t fault the food, but the lifeguard is abit strict when I comes to relaxing on a small lido in the pool this is not aloud which is abit annoying. But other than that it’s perfect and we come every year! Also is not far from the yumbo centre which has a great atmosphere for everyone

Fantastic location, loved the quiet atmosphere, loads of sunbeds, all staff fantastic. Catering, entertainment, bar staff, domestic. All in all one of the best locations and hotels we have stayed at. Lovely rooms, food amazing. Had the absolute best time. Everything yiu need on your doorstep ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second time visiting, having had such a great time last yr and we weren't disappointed. Upon late evening arrival, we were quickly checked in and went to our room. Our room was poolside which was not to our taste as it had little to no privacy, we spoke immediately with check in staff who couldn't move us there and then, but advised us to spk with the morning crew to see if we could be moved. Fast forward to the following morning and we were given an alternative room on the 3rd floor, which was perfect for us. This slight hiccup was soon forgotten as we got on with our holiday. We stayed half board and I am happy to say the food has improved dramatically, not that it was bad last year, but it was so much better this year. There are your repetitive staples, but there are themed food events every evening. There is no reason for anyone to go hungry whilst staying here, there really is something for everyone. My only niggle is that you are charged for drinking water with your evening meal, for me, this should be a standard free offering. All food throughout breakfast and dinner are constantly being topped up. All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. The beds are still up there as being the most comfortable I have slept on and the rooms are clean and tidy.
