Hotel Cinco Plazas

Lovely hotel in a great location staff are very helpful and professional entertainment good only one thing i didnt like it was 36c outside the hotel has air con and you cant control it thats the only problem i had the rooms were to hot for what the temp was outside apart from that great stay

Rooms were clean. Location excellent short walk to beach busses strip and taxis. Hotel staff friendly kids club excellent. Kids disco also fun. Second year here and am coming back

The rooms were basic but enough for what we needed .cleaned twice a week .2 pools and a splash pool for the kids .I'd definitely go back .close to the beach 10 min walk .a bit of a hill back up but take your time it's fine .I'd love to go back

Brilliant location. Staff were very nice. Rooms were perfect.

Apartment was lovely, clean ,spacious, and everything you needed was provided. If you had a problem it was dealt with quick and efficiently. On the negative side. Not enough space for sunbeds. The beds were reserved even b4 they were put out as people came down at 8am put towels on the ground and tied to umbrellas claiming their space. It was awful. It shouldn't be allowed. Beds were shoulder to shoulder. It was such a pity as the apartment is so central to everything a d the staff were fantastic.
