Hotel Cinco Plazas

Central accommodation, friendly staff. Spacious apartments. WiFi is intermittent to weak. Pools are great but could do with more umbrellas.

Absolutely shocking service reception staff rude and laughed in my face no care to provide basic sanitary requirements such as hand towels or bath towels when days with no towels to shower or wash hands in room when asked was told NO!!!!!

Awful stay away do not come here reception staff rude and laughing your face no towels in room provided unless you beg which is a standard basic sanitary requirement avoid at all costs

No room towels for 3 days the cleaner took all the dirty ones and have never replaced them have asked at reception told none available, Not even a hand towel for basic hygiene this is so hard with 2 children with us, Receptionist rude and basically called me a liar why would I lie about towels if the cleaner had even left the dirty towels for us to reuse that would have been fine least we had access to a towel dirty or not, Not a great experience il be honest and would not recommend this hotel purely on how staff treat you

5 min walk from beach shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely Entertainment fir kids was great. Breakfast was delicious
