Hotel Principe

The money that we left in our locked hotel room was stolen. We left the room to join a tour orientation inside the hotel for around 2 hours. I didn't take the purse and the safe inside the room was not working. When we went back to the room, our digital keys no longer worked. Then we found someone had gained access to our room and took all the cash from the purse. Other people from our tour group also reported someone had gone through their luggages during the orientation. We had filed a police report to start an investigation.

Very good location, very close to St Lucia train station. Beautiful hotel on the Grand Canal. I had a room with the Grand Canal view and felt like a Princess. The ambience, the staff the amenities were very good. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Attention to every detail, from checking in to providing dinner recommendations and making reservations for us. The breakfast in the morning was a great start to a busy day. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel at a great location just 3 minutes walk from Venice Santa Lucia station right on the Grand Canal. Traditional look hotel with all amenities with modernized rooms. Buffet breakfast was a decent spread. Missed out having the breakfast by the grand canal because of the rain. Enjoyed our stay
