Hotel staff our very arrogant dont want to help on check in they pass your key card to the porters to take your suitcases then stand waiting for a tip and mumble under there breath when they never got anything, suitcases get took out of site you have no choice there just took away , rooms our clean , television is all Italian, breakfast is ok no outside seating as showed in pics , if you need to iron clothes while here , there is no irons in the hotel as they say there are fire risk then charged me 50euros to iron 2 t shirts and 3 pairs of jeans

Great location, close to train station, lovely hotel and helpful staff, breakfast was very good and easy to get to other areas of Venice.

We stayed here for three nights & did not find any fault, the breakfast in the morning was excellent & had a wide variety of choice, the staff at reception were pleasant & helpful, the porters were the same. The cleaning staff were excellent to the point were they hung the towel I bought with me on a hook by the radiator in the bathroom so it would dry quicker.
