Pros: The resort is beautifully maintained and clean. The pool areas and the water park are great. We also appreciated the easy access to the free beach. Additionally, the maintenance team was quick and efficient in fixing a technical issue with our beds. Cons (A major warning; especially for very large perimeter around the Pool and Theatre area): Do not stay here if you value a good night’s sleep, want to have a quiet chat in the evening, or have children you actually want to put to bed before 2 AM. The evening animation is incredibly loud, often running until midnight or well past it. The noise level is so extreme that we couldn’t even hear each other speak inside our mobile home. When we complained, Guest Relations simply dismissed it, stating this noise should be expected. Crucially, this massive disruption is NOT mentioned on their website. If we had known, we would have never booked. It is unacceptable for expensive, premium accommodation to lack this basic comfort. Furthermore, the booking and payment process is opaque; it's inconvenient not knowing your assigned mobile home in advance, area names are misleading, and tracking prepayments without PDF statements is unnecessarily difficult. Verdict: Amazing facilities ruined by terrible acoustic comfort and a severe lack of transparency. We cannot recommend staying here until the management introduces honest noise warnings and a better booking system.

Great customer service and food and facilities are clean and some very new . They have a dog beach but the access door was closed but hopefully they will open it soon, I went early in season . Everything you want for a beach vacation is in one place , added bonus staff were excellent and committed to serving me and others with great attention to detail and with great big smiles ! Highly recommend for families or alone which I did... thank you Mike A.
