I spent 9 nights there and the bed was very bad. The restaurants take a long time to take the order and alot of things are closet from 13-14:30 and the lifeguards just sit and look at there phones plus you are not allowed to play ball in the pool. There's nothing Within a 10 km radius.

Nice Holiday park but missing a lot of stuff in Nova 3XL. No frying pan, no scissors, bad information refarding towel availibilty, no bedsheet change during stay of 2 weeks although confirmed. Glutenfree availibilty is very poor in restaurants and supermarkt.

Følgende anmeldelse er sendt direkte til campingpladsen, uden at have fået svar: To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of our recent stay at Camping Isamar. My intention is not merely to complain, but to provide you with insight into the experience your guests may have when booking a holiday with you – in the hope that you will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your services going forward. 1. Cleaning upon arrival When we arrived at our mobile home, it was in an unacceptable condition. There were dead insects and food remains on the floor, the floor and kitchen were dirty, and the refrigerator had not been cleaned. We had to contact cleaning staff twice before the accommodation was in a satisfactory state. It is not acceptable that guests should begin their holiday by dealing with cleanliness issues. 2. Wifi issues It is stated that there are designated wifi areas on the campsite. However, these areas are not marked or indicated anywhere. I found one spot near the reception, but the signal only worked properly when sitting right against the wall. When I sat there, a security guard told me to leave. This was deeply frustrating, especially when trying to use a service that is promoted as part of the guest experience. 3. Poor service at the café by the supermarket I had an unpleasant experience at the café next to the shopping area. On the first day, I was asked to leave because I only wanted to watch the Tour de France without ordering anything. The next day I returned, this time planning to order, but the TV was not working. When I asked if it could be fixed, I was told simply to try another restaurant. This is not what I would call good service, and it leaves a poor impression on guests. 4. Lack of hygiene and responsibility at the children’s pool On our second day, we noticed feces in the children’s pool and immediately informed the lifeguard. He was looking at his phone and asked us to wait. When we returned half an hour later, the feces were still there. Only after we complained again was it removed – but without asking the guests to leave the pool or taking any action to disinfect the water. This is a serious health risk and should be dealt with much more seriously. In general, we observed that the lifeguards spent most of their time talking among themselves, blowing whistles, scolding guests, or looking at their phones – rather than ensuring safety and hygiene. 5. EV charging – lack of organization We signed up for the waiting list to charge our electric car and were promised a phone call when a charger became available. Four days later, we had heard nothing. I went to the reception personally and was told I could charge the car immediately. However, the charging stopped after ten minutes, apparently because two cars cannot be charged at once – something we were not informed about in advance. I was told I could return at 8:00 the next morning. The next morning, the charger was in use again. I was once again placed on the list and promised a phone call. That call never came. This lack of communication and organization felt very unprofessional and frustrating. I hope you will take the above points seriously and work to improve these issues. We were looking forward to a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately encountered several problems that negatively affected our experience. For the sake of your future guests, I sincerely hope you will act on this feedback.
