Villa Kinzica

Small hotel next to the tower, good breakfast selection included. Receptionist on arrival was polite gave some good recommendations for restaurants. Saint Marie being a favourite, especially for pizza. Early morning walks with no crowds was very pleasant.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location very outdated needed total refurbishment throughout and bathroom cleanliness needs to be addressed amongst other things.

We are just back from a 4 night stay at Villa Kinzica. As a tourist hotel, this is a gem of a location. The hotel is clean, warm & easily accessible to everything you would want to see in Pisa & within easy walking distance of both railway stations if you'd like to venture a little further afield. Rooms appear to have newly tiled floors & bathroom & modernised radiators. The rooms are a little retro but good value & clean. Only thing missing is a kettle & cups. Breakfast is continental style and gives you a good start for a day of sightseeing. Michael on Reception was extremely helpful, pointing us in the right direction for stations & entertainment. We had a lovely few days away in Pisa with trips to both Florence & Lucca. Brilliant!
