San Gallo

Our experience here was amazing and so was our receptionist. Its a great location, very close to Doges Palace with welcoming restaurants (who can understand you when your english). Was my friends birthday and we got a free cheesecake which we very much appreciated. Our room was perfect with lots of freebies and fairly spacious, was great for the price.

The pictures in TA do not portray the quality of this hotel - very deceiving . Very expensive and tony rooms. The manager was helpful in moving us to another better hotel. We could only stand one nite and left to find another hotel. The ratings in TA are crazy for this place - no way .

Absolutely fabulous location close to Saint Marks Square . Lovely boutique room, and high-quality toiletries. Small but very comfortable. Very helpful reception team who helped us make the best of our short stay in Venice .

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights doing a quick exploration of Venice. Our experience was great, the team was extremely helpful from the time we arrived. They gave us great tips on things to do, places to eat, etc., and marked up a map they provided us to help us find things. Room was nice, bed comfortable, and my wife and I agreed they had the best shower ever!! Immediate hot water, great pressure. Location is great, a couple of minutes from St. Mark's square so easy to get around to see things. We also had their full breakfast one morning, which was good but too much to eat. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Venice!

Location brilliant, just 1 minutes walk from St Mark's square. However perfect location as quiet to sleep. Good standard for 3 star and value for money. Would return to same hotel as staff pleasant and helpful. Nice vibe in the hotel and breakfast worth the money in comparison to eating out when we did. Rooms equipped with toilettries and beds very comfortable with nice pillows. Hairdryer did the job with my long hair. Bed and towels done each day so we always had fresh. Maids friendly and no issues with values going missing. Safe had a key which was good. Also terrace and the rest of the hotel clean and tidy and nice venetian style throughout.
