Location brilliant, just 1 minutes walk from St Mark's square. However perfect location as quiet to sleep. Good standard for 3 star and value for money. Would return to same hotel as staff pleasant and helpful. Nice vibe in the hotel and breakfast worth the money in comparison to eating out when we did. Rooms equipped with toilettries and beds very comfortable with nice pillows. Hairdryer did the job with my long hair. Bed and towels done each day so we always had fresh. Maids friendly and no issues with values going missing. Safe had a key which was good. Also terrace and the rest of the hotel clean and tidy and nice venetian style throughout. Thank you for a great stay. Vito on reception and also the other lady very helpful and friendly, no concern with anything.

We loved this hotel, travelled as a couple for 4 days and this hotel ticked all the boxes. Just around the corner from St Marks Square but so quiet. The hotel is lovely and clean, rooms are well equipped with everything you need. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly but we want to give a special mention to Vito, he went out of his way to help us, from suggesting places to eat (and showing us the menu and photos of food on his computer) to advising us on the best ways to get around Venice and to see everything we wanted to see in the time we had. So friendly and helpful. Thank you Vito. The bathroom and shower is lovely, with complimentary toiletries. The breakfast is also lovely if you chose to eat here, we ate breakfast in the hotel some mornings and ate out other days, but the breakfast is served on the terrace, it’s lovely, and is better value than you’ll get out and about in Venice. This hotel is good value for money. Would definitely return.

Every thing. Location is excellent and the staff are so kind and helpful. Bed is comfortable and room is very clean. If I can give more stars I would. It was my daughter's birthday treat so the staff made sure to make it very special for her by organizing a cake, candle and card in the room prior to our check in and also got her a beautiful cute gift and a lovely card which really made my daughter happy and felt special. Thank you SO much, also we got a nice welcome snack 😊 I’ll definitely return.

The location is unbeatable: just a two-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, surrounded by restaurants, shops, cafés, bakeries, pizzerias, gelato shops etc. It is immaculately clean and cozy, with great rooms, an excellent breakfast, a wonderful atmosphere and outstanding amenities. One of the highlights is the service! The staff, Vito, Valeria and the entire team are truly wonderful. This hotel represents genuine hospitality! Their support in every detail made a huge difference. My clients genuinely loved every moment, absolutely impeccable in every way! Thank you all for making my clients’ stay so special.
