Such a lovely little hotel. No breakfast or such facilities, and hard to find, but that was all worth it. We have travelled a lot internationally and this hotel was unique in our experience. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The reception staff are incredibly helpful. The setting is perfect - in a 15th century back street of Venice, not far from the Rialto Bridge or St Mark's. We really felt like we were experiencing Venice in a very historic, Italian way.

I loved my experience in this accommodation. It is quirky from start to end and requires flexibility of mindset, because it is not a typical hotel. However, the reward is high. It is set in a quiet section, close to walk to S. Marco or catch a boat from S. Samuele (literally a minute walking). It gives you a feeling of a local live outside hoards of tourist taking the same-ish routes. Come prepared to find it, walk 2 flights of stairs and you are greatly rewarded. Breakfast is not included but very good options are another minute or two walk away at a local square of Santo Stefano. There is even a local grocer. Stefan and Marco were super helpful including help with luggage.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really clean and the service is brilliant. The hotel is in a perfect location to everything and has a lot of character. I will stay again next time I visit Venice.

I did not visit. I’m letting people know their customer service is horrid. I can only imagine how bad it WOULD BE. You ask for assistance being disabled and you’re blatantly ignored. Multiple emails, all unanswered. Then they LIE and state they emailed four times!😂. It’s got to be bad when a travel agency was treated like this.

Wow. What a find, a real gem of a hotel, in a quiet location but close to everything, they couldn’t do enough for us, lovely room and 6 foot bed, great bathroom, it was all wonderful. The boat trip on the first night they arranged was great and we had a wonderful stay.
