I know I’m a little late but I want to give he individuals that made my vacation so amazing their flowers. For starters, Dainelle at the front desk was so kind and helpful during our check in process. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. From check in we went straight to the bar where O’Neil, Claudia & Valencia made our first night so much fun. Then I met Quyban who was a part of the entertainment staff, he kept me well informed on the events whenever we’d run into one another. In the dining hall, we met Seyon, & Rena who made sure we were well taken care of when in their presence. My sister and I had the pleasure of enjoying a spa experience and Simone provided the best massage I’ve had in a long time. She also pointed me in the direction of the products I’d need to help with my problem areas. The spa products I’ve purchased has helped significantly with some of the aches and pains I sometimes experience. Stacia took great care of us whenever we ran into her at the bars. The overnight desk agent was also very nice and a joy to chat with, and I wish I could remember his name but it started with a “V”. Last but not least is Trey our tour guide, he took us on a beautiful tour of Negril. Each of these individuals contributed to the most amazing vacation I’ve had thus far. The food was great, the music and vibes were on point, and the experience all around was so memorable. I can’t wait to return!!!

Just want to say first day here, and Mario at bobs beach bar is an absolute star!

This is a lovely hotel and do you know what makes it so special? The staff. Rooms are nice and clean and ours was situated overlooking the quiet pool. I got told off by the pool attendant for laughing at one of my husbands jokes which I thought was a bit extreme. I never laugh at his jokes normally and I also saw him one day tell off two Scottish ladies for having a conversation which I thought was a bit much tbh. you need to have a word with him because I’d have told him to do one. At the main pool, security ticked off the lady next to me for having a vape in her hand. She wasn’t vaping and she told him she knew where the smoking area was etc. next thing he turned his attention to me and was telling me off! I told him in no uncertain terms he hadn’t seen me vaping as I was not a smoker nor a vaper. He kept on coming back at me so I prepared myself for a proper row but he walked off. Again unnecessary. They were literally the only negatives in the two weeks. The buffet food is excellent. Lovely table servers including Trashauna and Anthony. There wasn’t much we wanted to eat in the two Al a cartes so we just used the buffet and the Asian buffet which was right up my street. I wasn’t overly struck on the entertainment. We enjoy the reggae music and we did see the house band a couple of times but there wasn’t a steel band while we were there. They had a “white party” and a “neon party” which isn’t my cup of tea and is more aimed at families but I could appreciate the effort that went into it. We spent most of our time in the sports bar as the World Cup was on and there’s air conditioning in there. Lovely staff in there including Claudia, Venisha and Kevin who made us very welcome, too welcome. We couldn’t leave. We booked a trip via TUI to go to Dunn’s River and 9 Mile which was very good. This is my second time to Jamaica so I’m not sure if I’ll go back there. Having said that, it’s such a jolly place with the most wonderful people, I just might.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a distance away from Airport, St Catherine- Homestead and general away from everything etc. The general atmosphere of the grounds was not as lively and most of the time throughout the holiday I had to remember I was in Jamaica - where was the music at, in reception, in the restrarant area, out by the bar when we werent being entertained by Shania lee, CHSHIN, Trovis, Brian and the rest of there team etc. I was expecting none stop music/ entertainment as I stayed in Jamaica 14 years ago and remembered it being very lively day and night. In light of this, I appreciate that we got a good night sleep without any noise disturbances. Rooms were comfortable and fridge was always stocked up with drinks. Daughter was upset there was no kettle but I was happy to see a coffee machine in its place. Cleanliness was extremely good. I was very impressed that I never experienced any bites on my skin and the bottled water was purified which helped my throat and showed in my skin. Thankyou Rui for providing us with such excellent food, plenty of fresh fish, fruit and Wata. Thankyou Donna- Kay for going above and behind in making some personal calls and assisting in a proffessional way at all times We got a good deal for our moneys worth. As we aquired an extra day due to airoplane delay we stayed an extra night with no additional cost. The only thing that we would say is that there was no assistance with our luggage which let us down at the end of our stay. Overall, a good stay and looking to go Rui Montego Bay next year to compare the difference.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in Jamaica! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beautiful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made this vacation unforgettable, though, was the entertainment team. Their energy, enthusiasm, and ability to make every guest feel included were absolutely amazing. A special shout-out goes to Cuban, who is an absolute star! He brought so much fun, laughter, and positive energy every single day. Whether it was games by the pool, dancing, or evening entertainment, Cuban always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a fantastic time. His charisma, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression and turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I left with amazing memories and can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a hotel in Jamaica with exceptional service, a fantastic atmosphere, and an entertainment team that truly cares about its guests, this is the place to be. Five stars all the way!
